Ordered shrimp fettuccine. It wasn’t seasoned well. Shrimp hadn’t been deveined and the sauce was lame.

We went out for our anniversary dinner here, we’d never been before! We had beautiful service from an Italian woman ( sorry I don’t recall your name) She was very attentive, yet she was not hovering and not in your face.
It was clean and not overdone with decor. We were shocked when our food came. The food was incredible and they even brought us a bread basket with garlic butter over the rolls. Everything was so good!!! We couldn’t eat all of our dinners, so we had leftovers the next night and the food and Alfredo noodles heated up as if it had just been served to us. Blew us Away! Thank Y’all for making excellent food. We will be back.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Friendly owners. Best pizza in all of Richmond for sure, I’d go as far to say I’ve never in my life had better pizza anywhere in any state or country. The crust, the sauce, the pizza- all key elements are absolute perfection. Consistent across at least like 25 years.

They don't follow directions. And their cheese steak not good. I tried it twice. Never again.
ROACH IN MY FOOD!!
I used to go to Bella Italia many years ago. They used to have a club on the weekends that me and my friends enjoyed. Fast forward years later, I end up moving right down the street from there about a year and half ago. Not knowing if it was still a good place after all these years, I finally decided to check it out!! My husband ordered us food for our Saturday night. We were enjoying our night and I also commented how good the food taste. I was happy until I went to warm my leftovers and found a roach in my food!!!!!! I instantly felt sick and scared because that is the nastiest of bugs!!!!!!! Called my husband right away and he sent me a screen shot of the transaction so I could go there. When I called before heading over, the manager stated they don't have roaches, then..... how was it in my food!! She offered me another dinner, absolutely not!! I want my money back for everything! I told her what was ordered, she states it only rang up for $35 but we paid a ticket of $50, $41 for food and $9 for tip. What kind of way are they charging people??? I was so furious and sick to my stomach I just took the $35 and left. I can't believe these people served me food with a roach in it!!!!! This was horrific to say the least.

I had the spaghetti....NOT good!
I had them add 3 meatballs and feta cheese.
Idk where they get those flavorless meatballs. They give you plenty.....but the quality is subpar.

Was shocked at what I got when I ordered for pickup here Wednesday night. The veggie pizza was doughy (tasted decent enough), the salad was the wrong one altogether, and the “garlic knots” were literally just four tiny chunks of bread wrapped in aluminum foil. There was not even a hint of garlic, butter, or even evidence they’d been warmed up at all.
