Space is limited due to the booth VIPs .... bartenders are on the case...two person circular tables at the entrance....with an outdoor patio that holds approximately 10-15 people....paid 10 to get in...but for ?

This place says it open. I guess for private party's was turned away. Stay away from this place. Guest of the bartender only I guess.

I don't know why they're saying it's closed, this place IS open as of 10/9/2021. We had a lit night! I'm basing this review off of their shift into a nightclub, not their being a restaurant during the day. Drinks are a little on the expensive side ($12 for a regular mixed drink) for being small, but they're pretty strong. The two DJ's were pretty good. They also have hookah available. They didn't really get going until about 11 at night but then it took off. My only quibble would be seating. They have booths all along the walls but they were all reserved. Overall I think they need more open seating, but I also get that the place is kinda small and they can only do do much. The dance floor is kinda small but we made do. Just an observation: it was odd to see almost every single dude either watching the fight or chilling with each other, and almost every single girl dancing with each other. Not trying to put too fine a point on it but it was kinda funny. Anyway, my fiancee and I did have an awesome time, so I'm happy we got to go!

Really disappointed my the quality of service. Our experience was a little mediocre. We made reservations and they just didn't have anything set up for us and had to scramble to set up our table. The server was nice but not attentive. The food took over an hour to show up but thankfully it tasted good. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food was actually pretty good and cute since it was Christmas themed. However when we payed the server ran our cards on the wrong check and was just like my bad. That's insane. Thankfully we worked it out but that's a pretty big mistake to just be like lol sorry ok bye. We will not be coming back.

A tad pricy, but friendly service.

As I take you deeper into pt.4 of The "Hotel Series," this next spot certainly is the true definition of a hidden jewel. My homeboy, Lo and I; or some may refer to the duo as Mike Jack And Trini, have past by this shrouded gem several times, while attending one of Facejay's [@facejay] extravagant Kabana Rooftop [@kabanarooftop] events, to lay fire to the dance floor. Ask anyone why some call Mr. RVA, "Mike Jack!" LOL! I digress...Diamond hanging light fixtures, coffee-colored wood, with accents of gold, set the ambiance. Blue candle lit mason jars were, ever so delicately, placed on the tables to provide that extra smoothness to the mood. And there she was; a Breathtakingly, Gorgeous, Southern Beauty. She stared off into the distance, seemingly unaware by the attention she was garnering, as I gazed upon her. No wonder this place received it's French originating name. Their mantra emblishes the window leading to the patio; "Southerners like to eat well. It's an event when done right." Jingle Belle's is The best brunch I've had in a while! The food takes you straight to an upscale but homey Christmas morning where you're surrounded by family and can feel their love in every bite! I've tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has been a disappointment. I wish this was a year round thing but I'm so glad I came!

Went here for the Christmas theme and was underwhelmed. Confetti on the floor looked just like a mess. Decorations werent exciting in my opinion. Anyways they couldn't "find" our reservation that we made weeks ago and had us sit on some couches without any tables for our drinks. They were also out of majority of their wines and beers which was weird cause it was 7pm on a Saturday. After an hour and half we were sat at our table and ordered some food. The best food item were the pierogis in my opinion. Everything else was EXTREMELY salty especially the goose I got I couldn't even finish eating due to the saltiness. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to complain and everything before was salty so I just assumed it was gona be like that anyways :/. Best part was the "make your own gingerbread house" as a dessert which was lots of fun! And the gingerbread was made in house and very tasty (not salty YAY!)

My husband and I came to Belle for the first time during their "Jingle Belle" event earlier this week and it was such a magical night! They went all in on the decorations and the staff was incredibly attentive. They went all out for the holiday story themed menu and the food could not have been better! We had the pear salad and pumpkin pierogis as starters, yam gnocchi entree, and for desert the "milk and cookies" with fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies and cranberry donut holes with eggnog cream. The themed cocktails were amazing- highly recommend the Clearly Christmas if you're there for this event! All around it was and amazing evening with truly incredible food and ambiance.

Overall, charming holiday theme. Staff very kind. Not sure if it was an off day, but it took over an hour to get our food, at least 20 minutes for beverages (it was not packed by any means). Our entrees were luke warm, though the food was very good, I felt we couldn’t appreciate it fully. Bathrooms also need attention.

According to the Manager (Manager of the the Hilton Hotels “Kabana Rooftop”) the original Belle closed for business and they were temporarily operating the place until a new owner or business takes the space. Regardless! They had the restaurant all decked out for the holiday season and the entire staff went out of their way to be super hospitable. There was a limited but special menu and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Duck Brest.
