Best restaurant in RVA, hands down. $45 for three courses of this quality is a steal. The vibe is immaculate.Word of caution - if you're insufferable and high maintenance you probably won't like it here. The staff are allowed to actually have a personality and aren't your serfs for the duration of the meal. If you're cool they'll be cool, so be cool.

Aside from stopping in for drinks and dessert occasionally I had walked by this place a thousand times without trying it for dinner, partly bc it was a little pricey for me. But recently we had a wonderful prix fixe meal here with another couple. Delicious fresh takes on European dishes, a homey rustic atmosphere, creative cocktails, and attentive and intelligent service. We will add it to our “special evening out” rotation.

There were four STEPFORD WIVES screaming at each other because they were set free from ahole husbands?F you for not providing a peaceful place for dining. And may the stepford wives live their boring lives and raise their boring children.
