Ordered through their website for delivery. Suddenly no delivery…and no refund. “Our manager is cooking!” Is not an okay response!
I have deleted my recommendation of 2 years ago and will no longer recommend Belmont Pizza.
Though I still consider them having the best pizza in town, their extremely poor service recently guarantees that I will not purchase pizza from them again and will give negative reviews as appropriate.
At 8 pm on Sunday I sent the following message to them - a message to which they have not responded. The lack of response is even worse than the original problem.

I get being busy, but you have turned into that guest that we all dread waiting on.
You all were our favorite, now I’m spending my three times a week cash somewhere else. Figure it out or you will soon be on that list of great places that are now closed. You should not take your popularity for granted
