If you're a pizza lover, then you absolutely must try Billy Pie! My fiancé and I stumbled upon their pizzas at Ellwood Thompson's and it was love at first bite. It's become our cherished Friday night ritual to bake a few Billy Pie pizzas and unwind together, often with a movie or simply enjoying each other's company.What sets Billy Pie apart is the quality and simplicity of their ingredients – they're so minimal and clean, you can taste the difference in every bite. My personal favorite is the white cheese pizza, with the mushroom ricotta coming in a very close second. My fiancé is between the red margarita and the white cheese.We love to personalize our pizzas by adding some freshly baked bacon, spinach, and bell peppers, but honestly, they're just as amazing on their own. While we tend to steer clear of the pepper pizzas (not big on spicy heat), there's still plenty of variety to keep our taste buds happy.We're so enamored with Billy Pie that we recently placed a huge bulk order to stock up our chest freezer – that's how good they are! A group of us tried to go at 2pm today and they were closed. Hours say 11-10. When I called the woman said they close from 2-4. Nowhere on the big sign or online does it say that....it says 11-10. But she told me it’s on the door. What is on the door is a cardboard clock that says Back at 4. She kept saying the hours were on the door...Back at 4! A lot of good that did us. While we like the pizza, this is not how you operate a business, especially when you’re only open Thursday thru Sunday!! And I should have received an apology on the phone but instead I got attitude!
