We attended our grandson’s first birthday party at this brewery yesterday and it was fantastic.
It’s was so clean and attractive, with a great menu and fantastic, helpful staff. I’m not a beer drinker, but everyone else in our party said the beer was very good. I enjoyed a delicious mocktail.
I look forward to returning!
amazing general manager. thank you chris ! so polite and attentive
We were in Richmond the weekend of 05/17-18 for my NASCAR experience ( an awesome experience). We left the track and went looking for a brewery. We found Bingo Brewery as it was close by. We had our dog with us and this brewery is dog friendly. Because of the dog (Kozmo) we sat outside. The weather was perfect, sunny with a steady breeze that made the shaded area very comfortable. The staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. All the staff we encountered took time to say hello and pay attention to Kozmo, he loves to be reminded how handsome he is. He was given a large bowl of ice water. We stayed for about an hour and enjoyed a flight to help us decide what we wanted to drink. We chose the amber ale. I wish we could have sampled the food but we had other plans for dinner. I will recommend Bingo beer co to any body traveling to Richmond. I accidentally left my debit card there and did not realize it until I was home 4 1/2 hours away sunday evening. The brewery is closed on Monday’s. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Elle who found the card in their safe. She eagerly noted that I could come in any time to retrieve it. When I stated the distance she immediately offered to mail it to me. I offered to send her a thank you by way of a Venmo, PayPal or Zelle gift and she would not accept anything other than a good review. That was easy to do because we enjoyed our experience. Her service to help out is noteworthy apart from the good experience at the brewery. Thank you Elle for being so kind. Our present state as a nation needs to act more like this.
Really nice beer hall where there is arcade and pizza restaurant. The bar is really efficient and we had a nice flight of beers and they let us do the NA beer as as well!
My friend and I have been having a great time at Bingo! We go once a week and hang out with some great bartenders: Elle, Erin, Bert, Paige always treat us right.
this place made me never want to go to richmond VA ever again, and i have lived 30 minutes from it and visited countless times since i was 16. they very clearly let at least two people (that we witnessed) walk in on a saturday night/sunday morning around 12:15am without being inspected with a wand ‘because they know somebody.’ they very well could have brought guns into the bar for whatever reason psychos come up with these days, along with many other people that we probably didn’t see walk in without being wanded. richmond virginia is one of the highest crime cities in america. this is absolutely unacceptable, and bingo beer has determined for me that i will no longer visit the closest city to my home if it’s past 7pm ever again. bingo beer is the worst. if you have a fear of guns and/or anything that could be brought into a bar without security checks… don’t EVER go to bingo. they let people in without security just for ‘knowing someone’
The bartenders were awesome. Talking women’s sports and spending time with us. Beer was good. Stayed for bingo and it was so fun. Cannot say enough about our cute bartenders.
Great hang out spot from day into night. Great drinks and service, the arcade games always work, good food options. The later evening (10pm-close) has a good college crowd. #thebetterdaveandbusters
After patiently waiting at the bar and watching multiple staff walked around and talk behind the bar and not being acknowledge, a long haired blonde bartender walked over and stood in front of me and just stared at me and said nothing. I said hello and asked for 2 beers. With an eyeroll and a turn, my beers were poured and sat in front of me. From the register the bartender says "name". and give my name. I tipped 20% that night on my entire bill of just poured beers....but at what point does customer service need to play a part. This experience has made me feel like I somehow was wrong for quietly and paitently wanting service. Very done with tipping for poor service
Shout out to one of the servers/security Mackenzie for being kind and compassionate on multiple occasions when other security staff were not. She has consistently shown generosity and understanding in times where me and my friends were feeling unsafe/anxious when the male security officers ignored my/our concerns. I hope that the other officers at the establishment can follow in her lead and showcase empathy and refrain from being hostile towards the young women who come to their place of business. Also huge shout out to the bartenders for always being kind and attentive in a high pressure situation.

I had the worst New Years in there. The staff is just not human. Never going again. And they robbed me. I paid for the entrance, went to look for my DNI cause I couldn’t enter without it and they didn’t allow me in where my friends were just because.
I recently worked with Elle on a team outing at Bingo Beer.
At the last minute I was scrambling to find somewhere to take my group of 48 people and I contacted Elle through the online portal and she was on the phone with me within a few hours letting me know she was headed into work and she would let me know something as soon as she could. She called me back again very quickly to let me know she had worked things out was going to be able to get us in. She immediately sent me everything I needed to get details planned for our event. We spoke multiple times throughout the day and she was extremely helpful and easy to work with every single time.
When I showed up the day of our event she immediately greeted me with a smile and had everything ready to go for us. She, and the other bartender, were great through the whole event! They got drinks and food out to us quickly. The buffet was well maintained and we were given boxes at the end to take the last remaining items. All of the food was good and service was even better.
I feel great customer service is harder to find now more than ever so I really appreciate everything she did to make our experience a good one!
Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this establishment. I went for the 90's Mall holiday market with my daughter and her friend. First, it took a long time for a waiter to come to our table. I ordered garlic knots and a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. I didn't pay attention to the time, but the girls ran out of money on their game cards and we still had time to sit for a while. The knots and the pizza arrived together. They were so inconsistent in size which led to one being cooked well to the others being overcooked and two described by the girls as burnt. The marinara looked and tasted like it came out of a jar and chopped parsley was added. The pizza was just ok. None of it was worth the money we paid. We then went outside to the tent and the experience left much to be desired. It wasn't even decorated. There were a few vendors inside leading out to the tent. They had two Black women selling crocheted hats outside bundled up in blankets when space should have been made for them where it was warm.
Excellent beer, especially lagers. Not an off flavor or unpleasant beer in sight. Really top notch. As a visitor from out of state, I was really impressed and surprised I'd never heard of this spot.
Fun atmosphere, Anthony the bingo host is amazing and made me smile the entire time. Family-friendly. Food looked great but I didn't eat this time.
Loved the holiday decor. Easy to find parking. Would send everyone I know here. Super friendly and accommodating servers and kind host.
Great spot for a casual night out of food and games. Good selection of beers and arcade games. A little pricey for the food being general bar snacks, but happy to support a local spot. Recommend the trivia nights!
