Shout out to one of the servers/security Mackenzie for being kind and compassionate on multiple occasions when other security staff were not. She has consistently shown generosity and understanding in times where me and my friends were feeling unsafe/anxious when the male security officers ignored my/our concerns. I recently worked with Elle on a team outing at Bingo Beer.
At the last minute I was scrambling to find somewhere to take my group of 48 people and I contacted Elle through the online portal and she was on the phone with me within a few hours letting me know she was headed into work and she would let me know something as soon as she could.
