Great food with a smile. Everyone is super friendly. Steak is yummy. This is the only restaurant I finish everything in the plate. Veggies too. So yummy. Go on the weekends too to enjoy the best brunch ever. Thank you,

I've never noticed this restaurant until I stopped by to use the ladies room. I decided to dine in and went overboard with my order. Everything I ordered was tasty and reasonably priced. If I enjoyed the food then you know it's good. All my friends will tell you that I'm finicky when it comes to good food. The staff is phenomenal, the atmosphere was great, and the owner's wife was extremely pleasant.Try everything on the menu, and you will not be disappointed. I definitely will spread the word and will be returning as a regular....

Food was delicious and our waitress was phenomenal. She had 6 groups by herself and was so on top of things. I wish I remembered her name to give her a special shoutout! Would come back here again in a heart beat.

Simple but good diner food. Very near University of Richmond so it's a great pre/post game gathering.

Bistro 804 is a cozy little spot and has great ambiance. The service was great and the food was pretty good! Nothing exceptionally crazy but I was there more to celebrate my friend's birthday so I may have to go back and try their other dishes. Parking was also quite easy as there is a parking lot. They also have happy hour which was a plus for us!

Would give 3 1/2 stars; place was nice, decorated in a pleasant holiday mood mood. Waitress was friendly, if a little bit too into explaining all the intricacies of the day's specials - certainly felt like an up-sell push. We were there for lunch, and ordered simple burger and sandwich. My burger, ordered rare arrived very well done, dry and grey. Waitress took it back and eventually returned with refire (wife was halfway finished at this point. This time it was at least medium, and it was moist and much more enjoyable. Waitress explained that there was a rookie chef back in the kitchen, but supposedly a more experienced one overseeing him as well. Guess I slipped through the cracks. Wife's grilled Ruben must have been sitting on the warming shelf while waiting for the burger as it was oily and not all that tasty.

The owner of this awesome family business and his staff are courteous, kind, and efficient. I had the midnight Bleu burger cooked to perfection. Service was fast and efficient, Kyle behind the bar was engaging and professional. I highly recommend Bistro 804!

First burger was well done though Hubby ordered it rare. Second time it was served medium so it was at least juicy. Onion rings were good. My Richmond Reuben was made with Pastrami slices that tasted like cheap cold cuts. Sorry but I'm used to Boars Head or top of the line cold cuts. I ate only half of the sandwich then stopped. All of the above left us feeling less than happy.

Food quality has gone down recently, only for the prices to go up. There’s no reason an appetizer should cost more than an entree. Not to mention the owners kid has been harassing and annoying people within the shopping center on a regular basis. He’s nearly tripped multiple people with his skateboard, and just laughed at them. Today he’s been going around using a whistle constantly, inside stores and out on the sidewalk.
