Thank God this place closed! We had tmanu terrible experiences here. We had to travel to the next nearest, but it was worth it!!

Took my daughter here this morning for a mommy daughter breakfast date. We had the sweetest waitress. I wish I could remember her name. All I remember is it started with an "L" and she had really pretty long black and blonde braids. My daughter got the buttermilk pancakes and a hot chocolate! She said it was perfect. Pancakes had a slight crisp on the outside and super fluffy inside and the hot chocolate was not too hot, just right, with lots of whipped cream on top! I had a coffee and the eggs over a pot roast hash. That pot roast egg dish was great. Never had anything of that sort before but I'm going to make some for breakfast the next time I make a pot roast ??! Other than that, there's not much else to say. Everything was clean, the food was good, service was fast and friendly. We had a really nice time.

Seemed to be enough servers, place was way less than 50% occupied at 10am on a friday, but the order took a fair amount of time to get to me. When it did my over easy eggs were cold. Restroom could definitely have been cleaner.

Stopped in for a very late lunch. Everything was fine. Food was very good. Service ws excellent. Much better than an earlier visit we had several years ago.

The coffee mugs were filthy, the bacon was horrible, the eggs were undercooked, the biscuits were stale, the silverware was dirty, and overall it was just gross. The staff did try very hard to provide good customer service - the chef even personally brought out a hot, fresh side dish - but it feels like so much falls through the cracks here. Sad to see them trying hard but still ending up with such a result.

I ordered breakfast this morning at 9:30 a.m. for delivery. The food came an hour later with the French toast from my meal missing. So I call them to say hey what happened and how do we fix this and the guy says we will be there in 15 mins with the rest of your food because there were also drinks missing. That was at 10:33. Here it is 11:15 and still no French toast. Now I’m sitting here with my eggs and bacon getting cold while waiting for French toast. Finally my French toast gets here and I’m thinking they have definitely made me more eggs and bacon because they have to know that I don’t want what’s been sitting here for almost an hour now. NOPE..........and the kicker is the French toast is just a cold. So that makes me believe that the cold French toast that they made almost two hours ago is what they gave me. I will be turning into Corporate Cathy because this don’t make no sense. They are trifling and do not eat there.

Last year we had Thanksgiving at the Glenside Dr. Richmond location and it was great, food and service. This year we returned and were very disappointed. The only thing good was the Turkey and berry pie. Mashed potatoes runny with very little gravy. The dressing tastes like stove top but dry.lMacaroni and cheese was the worst part of the meal. It was cold, not Luke warm but cold. We were there around 2 and the restaurant was half full. I ordered pumpkin bread and server came back to tell me they had none. Needless to say we will not return next year.

Service is substandard generally. Goes like this.. Get your drinks. Get your food. Rarely see service but to bring the check and get a refill then. After the check is dropped. No server.. Place is empty! $1.35 size oatmeal bowl? Really.

Stopped in for the veteran's breakfast. I had agreed to have that while my veteran husband ordered from the menu. When the food arrived the veterans offering was such a generous amount of food we switched meals. He had the country biscuit and I had the everything. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean. We were both very pleased and had leftovers. So we get a second breakfast, compliments of Bob Evan's. Thank you very much, we will return to try some other interesting items on the menu.

Normally BobEvans is good.. but today wasn't the issue... my fiance and I ordered the everything plate or whatever it's called.. however when it came out it was Luke warm and my hash browns was so crispy that you couldn't eat them because they were so hard on top and couldn't even eat the bottom of it... they need to have a talk with all the cooks and let them know that no matter how crazy it looks you should always make sure the food is on point for everyone... quality is the key
