This is the coziest place in Richmond! The tea is always perfect, the boba is a perfect texture, their bubble waffles are fluffy and balanced, and the store itself is adorable and comfortable. The shop is clean and cute. They have upstairs seating. Snow ice is so fluffy and tasty. Boba tea is a must with customizable levels of sugar or milk. The people who worked there were very nice and helpful. I only wish they had a restroom available for customers as well.If you never had snow ice or shaved ice, you should really give it a try. The place I grew up in had all sorts of toppings with snow ice. If you see one of those, get some mango snow ice with real mango. Yum!For today, we got matcha and mango (syrups)Still yum!Vegetarian options: The only question is milk. I think the snow ice typically has milk in it. The tea could be without milk upon request.Parking: Parking is tricky on Cary St.Kid-friendliness: The owner(s) are very nice to kids. My kids love coming here for drinks and sweets. This has always been a date spot for me and my boyfriend ever since we first started dating. It has been one of our favorite spots to get boba, and it always cheers me up especially after a long shift at work. It's owned by a couple and they sell boba, macarons, AND snow ice. Service is always great and fast. I always order the lychee green tea or mango snow ice (sort of similar to bingsoo or shave ice). I've never tried their macarons, but the boba tea and their snow ice isn't too sweet which is perfect for me. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4/5 is because sometimes the boba can be mushy, but maybe I caught them on a bad day.
