Their chicken biscuits definitely aren't what they used to be. They're small, and they're like smashed, not going back. Cajun chicken filet, biscuit is what I bought.. 3rd time now!

I travel around the United States for work this is probably the worst Bojangles service I've ever had a pleasure of dealing with. First they didn't get my order right and they complained because they didn't then they gave me a drink with no straw they gave me food with no fork and I needed it very very rude and nobody was in charge and nobody knew what was up and I would not recommend anyone going to this one.

I ordered tonight at 7:45pm. I tried to order online 3 times only for it to kick back my order n tell me I had to call the store. On the app it had an option to choose to make it a meal when ordering the chicken rice bowls. So I drove to the store to place my order when I arrive I explained the order I want the girl looks at me like I’m stupid because she don’t know what I’m talking about. She don’t know where the button is so she had to go get somebody who knew where the button was, but that person didn’t know where the button was then they decided to tell me they don’t have the combos here. So I had to order and each side each drink separately which cost me more money. My order online came to $18 and some change I ended up just paying $25 and ended up with less food then if they were putting the combo. I’m waiting for my food bowl on a hot surface melted the bowls with our food in it. I watch the lady flopper food into another bowl. Still taste like plastic. The side of mashed potatoes are tiny. We got a side because we couldn’t get in our combo so now we have to split one side between two people because of the price. Don’t forget to carry my food out, and I had to carry them out by hand. Not to mention, this is my first time ever eating at Bojangles. I’ve never had it. This is the first time I decided to have it, and it was the worst experience and I will not be returning at all..

I visited this location every Sunday and I always have a good experience. My order is always accurate and hot when I receive my order. The manager has created a great culture and is always ready to step in and help out or resolve and issue.
Food was excellent. I didn’t know they opened for breakfast.
