They said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 even though the sign says all day…get outta here with that! They didn’t put gravy on my mashed potatoes and gravy…get outta here with that!!! Their drive thru speaker is barely audible…get outta here with that!!!!!! The lack of breakfast and gravy ruined Christmas and the entire 2025 calendar year!!!! This location is a stinking embarrassment to the franchise and to America!!!!!!!!!! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the pull pork with coleslaw. My sandwich was packed with seasoned pork bbq and hearty. The flavor of the smoke bbq taste like it was cooked slow in a smoker. First time ordering it from the menu and the combo didn’t disappoint. Cnt wait to order this combo again. Service was fast, young lady on the drive thru was familiar with the menu.

Undercooked chicken is a problem. And for these prices it’s inexcusable. The service is bad too, I wouldn’t come back or recommend this location.
The franchise owner needs to fire the manager right away. Or send the manager to some basic training to teach basic business managementskills. On a Friday, no customers, At 6 o’clock, there was a 20-minute wait for everything on the menu. However, across the street, at Chick-fil-A, with the line wrapped around the parking lot, they had food ready and served it quickly. Maybe Bojangles is about to go out of business. I’m not sure, maybe they cant afford food, and perhaps they’re out of stock, but if I were the owner, I would be Trippin. Maybe it’s the Owner‘s fault. Perhaps the wages are so low. The worker doesn’t care whether the food is ready; it could be a lot of different things causing the mismanagement, but I would start with by firing the manager and raising pay for the people who work the lines. and hiring somebody competent to keep business moving. Bojangles is a great brand that makes great food. I hate to see such a good business get destroyed through incompetence.

Never ever ever ever ever go here smh everything goes in one box with no organization, there is no lining to separate the utensils, straws, napkins sauce, everything is literally thrown in the box. Napkins straw saturated in chicken grease, and my biscuit was smushed under 2 breast and a leg in which I asked for white meat.. I’m DONE with Bojangles, management really needs to step up and do their jobs as well or else, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!!
