I wanted to take a moment to leave a review. I've had the great pleasure of coming to this location multiple times and have had such an amazing experience. The food is always hot and fresh, crispy chicken, fresh baked biscuits, delicious sweet tea and lemonade. Biscuits are delicious and taste just how my grandmother would make them. Lemonade reminds me of being back home, and chicken is hot and steamy. The drive thru is quick and fast and the service is amazingly fast and polite. The staff and people are very happy and enjoy providing great service and I will gladly be back again as this is a place that really gives me a great deal of variety. The dirty rice is hot and fresh, mashed potatoes, and Cajun pinto beans are fantastic đ. Keep up the great work! I love to come here and get something to eat and fill up at the Wawa and wash my car all in the same area. This is the spot! Thanks to everyone that delivers this excellence.
Quite possibly one of the worst Bojangles I've been to. Staff don't always listen or get the order correct. And when you do get the right order it's either cold or overcooked

Everytime I come to this location the food is horrible, chicken & biscuit always rock hard itâs not even edible. You try to correct it while youâre there because you can clearly see them making your food & the manager argue you down that the food is fresh. Regardless of it being fresh itâs overcooked! $30 worth of breakfast wasted

Usually not bad but got home with family meal only half cole slaw. Sad may have to switch locations. UPDATE - went back and waited patiently for a couple of bbq sandwhiches... can't mess that up right??? Get home niether of them has slaw on it. Sheeeeesh

Just ordered a spicy Chicken biscuit. Pulled around to the window and. and the girl had an attitude from the beginning. She said good morning and have a nice day however there was no emotion in it and she was very monotone. Not welcoming at all.
The girl with the brown wig very unprofessional and attitude is nasty⊠everybody in there sit and play around smh

I used to enjoy this location and the food but over the last year or so Itâs gone downhill drastically. The staff is incredibly rude and the food is mediocre at best. Corporate needs to overhaul this location and hire better management. Itâs a shame.

Unprofessional. Went to this location 12/21/24 and order a 2 pc dinner step father ordered a 3 pc. They didnât even have the dark meat we requested. Dude with dreads was unprofessional, had the âidgafâ attitude. Waiting for a refund to go to another location. Still standing in line waiting for a refund, yet nobody comes. Poor service, nobody was wearing gloves to put liners in the boxes. The man taking our order was taking drive thru orders and ignoring us. Still waiting for a refund 20 minutes later. Will never be coming back here.

Mixed reactions to the help we recieved at the pickup window........everything from clueless to exemplary help from assorted staff members. The food was fantastic! Why does it seem no one understands the difference between a Chicken Breast and Chicken Thigh? We ordered 4 Chicken Breasts and recieved ONE Breast and THREE Thighs.......

I go to this Bojangles probably once or twice a week and if I go through the drive-through there is a 99% chance that they got my order wrong. The food is always good just make sure you check your order before leaving. Oh and probably skip the sweet tea, itâs usually old and bitter.
