Bojangles biscuits are the best in the world and I’m so addicted to these. I just have a question to the pricing department. Why two plain biscuits are $2.09 but six plain biscuits are $8.06? Can I ask the cashier ring three times two biscuits for $2.09 and save me $2? Please explain how you come up with that kinda pricing strategy making your customers scratch their heads. Hope someone takes this question seriously and respond.

This location was clean, the food was at par, no trouble parking. Customer service skills are a little behind which could cost them if it isn't controlled now... Overall a good experience.

I am not sure why I continue to give this location my business. Every time I go here either my order is wrong, it is cold or over cooked or all three. Tonight I got an eight piece dark chicken meal, what was suppose to be all dark meat was three dried out breast one thigh, which is what I actually wanted, and four drumsticks. The biscuits were dry and over cooked on the edges and barely warm. They tasted like they had been sitting around under the lights for to long. My fries were correct with no seasoning on them, but they were also not fresh and hot. Everything should have been piping hot as even though I ordered online, my order was not ready for me when I got there.

Customer service is horrible, they don't even say good morning. The menu says they serve breakfast all day, by 10am they were out of hash browns. My smoked sausage biscuit sandwiches were burnt, and the grits were hard and cold. I would not recommend this place.

A few years ago this used to be one of the best places around, since then it has gone so far downhill its indescribable. The chicken is hard, tough, and cold, like it has been sitting around for 2 hours. I have only eaten here around 5pm. All of the good reviews must be from breakfast/lunch, because I'm pretty sure the food from dinner has been sitting around since lunch. The employees are nice, but based on the fact the food has been sitting out means they are either being lazy or poor management. Do not even consider eating here for dinner, it might be alright for breakfast/lunch. This location needs some serious TLC and a management that is making sure only fresh food is being served.
Not person acted like they wanted to be there… we waited 15-20 min for 2 sausage, egg biscuit combos. $17 and nothing was hot! Very disappointed, won’t return
