The food is good when it’s hot. I went there last week for breakfast (drive thru) and service can be rough especially if they ask you to pull forward. Just ask for your money back or something else that’s actually ready smh

The food is good after having to go back, but always double check your order because most of the time here will be short, something got all the way home. Noticed My order was completely incorrect ordered a 2 breast meal with an extra chicken breast ended up getting a leg. A. Thigh, in the breast, I ordered extra, called spoke to the manager wasn't friendly Never offered an apology, had to drive twenty minutes back to the restaurant to get my order fixed and then he tried to short me a biscuit.

The past 2 times I ordered from them off of doordash, the biscuit is always overcooked, meat is rough, and fries look stale. This location used to be better back a few years ago, now it’s really gone downhill. I still tipped the door-dasher because it isn’t their fault the restaurant sucks, but I will not be eating here again.

I was impressed with the speedy service and friendly staff I encountered.I ordered a sausage, egg,and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was big and fluffy,the egg was real ,and it had a slice of melted cheese and a nice piece of sausage. It was one of the best fast food biscuits I have ever had.

we came super late (~ 1 hour before close) and the staff was still helpful. they checked their inventory of what they had left to accommodate our meal & even made us the steak biscuits fresh. We appreciate the time they took to make sure we can get our meal. Would go again!
Love Bojangles, but my LDL doesn't. What a drag it is getting old.

On 5/23 I went to the drive thru and ordered. I asked if they had the blueberry breakfast biscuits she answered how many and I replied 2. She then said anything else? I said wait a second, ordered 4 piece chicken. Drove around to the window and was given only the 4 piece chicken. I asked about the biscuits and they said it’s not on the order. No problem mistakes happen but she was adamant that I did not order. I tried to say you heard me order because you asked how many but before I could finish my sentence she leaned down with a cocky smile and repeatedly ( 3 x) told me bye bye. I am not a confrontational person but she didn’t have to be so rude.

We went there at dinner time and were told they were out of dark chicken and the dirty rice and the Bo rounds. We left without getting anything.
