Tamika was so impressive with her customer service and Management Skills. She actually made my night just observing before I even ordered. The amount of patience Respect and care that she gave to the staff and customers was excellent!

Worst job I ever worked in my life for, 4 years. I’d rate a 0 if I could Had to fight through every abusive manager, they worked me like a slave, customers were aggressive and out of control, I was threaten to get a drink thrown in my face, I also face a lot of racism and discrimination and some of the employees were sex offenders. We had a 45 year old guy hitting on girls. The managers were all narcissistic including the supervisor vonesha and Sakura. They had me doing everything at once mind you I’m mentally disabled. I told a manger Malcolm about my disability, he said that’s got nothing to do with bojangles. For ’all the hard work I was getting paid less and no raises, and was told how to do my job 24 hours mind you I never called out of work. And the moment I did a manager named Edward told me to get the F out of his Face. This place constantly made me cry. Amanda was just as rude and demanding. Fast forward now and this place is shut down serves all you right, karma is real GOD does not play , and a lawsuit is taking place for all the traumas and PTSD this company mentally caused me . ??

Best biscuits in fast food I've had...Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but it's fine. I don't ever mind that.

They never have enough food, and unwilling to make more. They close at 8pm, pulled up to the drive thru at 7pm and was told "hang on 1 sec"... 5 minutes later I said "hello" and was told "I'll be with you as soon as I can". OK no problem (there were not many cars in the parking lot and I was the only one in the drive thru) Finally after about 10 minutes of waiting they're ready for my order. Can i get 12 piece tailgate box, "we only have 8 pieces" ok no problem how long to cook some more? "Were not cooking anymore chicken, we close at 8, do you want the 8 piece?" Fine. Let me have the 8 piece. With 2 sides of dirty rice... "we only have 1 dirty rice and (started naming everything they were out of). Canceled the order and went to the other Bojangles down hull st who had plenty of chicken. This isn't the first time this location has failed miserably at what they do. This would make strike 3, all 3 times I've been here were bad experiences. Always some issue with not being able to fulfill the order and and they have an attitude when your willing to wait for it, or just flat out won't. Save your time and aggravation and go to the location down the street. You're welcome. Update: 2 weeks later and it's closed down with all signage removed. Nice! That's what yall get.
