Went in for dinner on a freezing evening- the employees were personable and helpful. They told us they had just made some fresh chicken and ensured we received that instead of the chicken that had been sitting out. Everything was delicious (chicken, fries, green beans, Mac and cheese, biscuits, and sweet tea), and the customer service was top notch.

Every time I order a supreme meal I don't receive the amount ordered. I ordered a 3 piece and got 2. I don't even think a two piece is an available option on the menu. Today I ordered a 4 piece and received 3 and a crumb. I'm starting to think someone is stealing tenders out of orders and saving them for themselves. This occurring multiple times is crazy.

This Bojangles is the worst restaurant in Richmond. The service was horrible. They gave away food but forgot to fill orders. This is probably why they couldn’t fill all of the orders. It was a daycare too! Someone had their child there while working- ok I might have been sympathetic, but doing flips is taking things to a whole new level. They don’t give you a receipt so that should have been my first indicator. To top it off my order was still wrong when I checked it. They need TRAINING! Or shut it down. I can’t tell you what to do, but think twice before you enter. I will not be going back.

Wow, this place had really bad service for a long time. I finally went back about two months ago and man, they have a great, friendly staff now! I've been there probably 8 or so times the last two months and every time they are fast and friendly! Way to go to the management and staff currently at this location.

I went here at 6:15am and when I say Everyone was Pleasant and had Smiles on their faces. I asked for my food off the grill and am Delighted to say that That was the Best Ham Egg n Chz I have had and Lets not get on the Bo'Rounds. Not Greasy and Crispy Hot n Fresh!!!!! They definitely get 5 Stars from me!!!!!

I arrived around 7am there was no one in the drive thru but me. The csr took my order and told me to drive around. She was very polite. Once I arrived at the window I waited for 15 minutes. Once I realized how long I had been waiting I waved my hand to ask was my order ready. She stated no and continued what looked to be cooking and an older gentleman was stocking the front line. After finally receiving my order she said Thank You but the store didn't have grape jelly. So disappointed my potatoe rounds were cold.
