John and Lolita were so nice and helpful. They cut the pasta right when you buy it so definitely fresh! The garlic infused papperadelle was delicious! We also tried some libations at their distillery in the same shop and had their fresh warm bread with smoked salmon dip while sitting at the bar. John was super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed everything!
I heard they used to serve hot food but never got around to going there when they did. The frozen pastas and the sauce I tried are not bad, but the salmon they smoke outside a couple of times a week and sell daily is FANTASTIC. They have a bar inside too, which is cool.
I practically never post reviews but I had to for bombolini! They make their fresh pasta and sauces in house and you can really taste the difference. I bought the frozen Sausage/mushroom Rose meal and it’s one of the best pastas dishes I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back to take advantage of their extended holiday hours! Not to mention the staff is so friendly and passionate about what they do! Definitely would recommend to anyone that’s a fan of pasta or good food...
