Bonchon Richmond - Delivery Only

Rang the door bell several times. It was only until I started calling that someone came to the door to give me my order. Find somewhere else to eat.

Made an order through uber eats. Have had 7 delivery drivers attempt to pick it up over the past two hours. Nothing like waiting 2 hours for your food on a Friday night!!!

What happened to Bonchon in Richmond? All of the ones left have changed their fried chicken completely. These are not double fried and there is barely any crispy crunch on the wings like there was before. In addition, the wings are so small to how they used to be. I keep hoping it’ll be how it used to be, but so clearly Bonchon isn’t keeping an eye on their franchises and their quality.

What an odd little spot. My first time there and I had no idea what to expect. Three tablets with some what clear instructions on how to 'check in'.
But no information was given about this multi restaurant thing ahead of time.
My food was 15 minutes later than they said it was going to be so I sat in this hot tiny little room watching everybody else get their food. While these two or three people are running back and forth with orders going in these lockers that no one ever closed. It really needs a bigger waiting space and if I have to sit there some AC would be appreciated.

bro don’t waste your money . The worst take out I’ve ever had in my life. If I could get a refund that would be 10/10 . I’m literally disgusted . They really playing people 🫠update babes : I literally feel sick 👀 wish me luck mind you I only had two bites then threw it away 😭😭😭😭

I had bonchon before it really good but the sking was slothy and the sauce was not right at all. it basically inedible smh

I gave a 1 star rating. That rating has more to do with my suspicion of them being a ghost kitchen. I used to do gig work in the food delivery sector. I became familiar with ghost kitchens at that time. It is dishonest to me. I have never eaten nor ordered food from them

Ruined my night by screwing up my online order, just didn’t make our food . Don’t bother with this place .

Ordered for dinner and it was not good. The chicken just seemed kind of gross, I can’t specifically say what about it made it like this but I was just kind of grossed out eating it. One of the drumsticks I had looked like someone sliced the meat off half of it too. Would not recommend and won’t be ordering again. Maybe I’ll try a stand alone location one day, but this was disappointing.

I received my order fast, hot, and delicious! I definitely recommend this fried deliciousness!

We used to order from Bonchon often and were sad when they closed. We’ve ordered from this new delivery location twice and the first time was still up to Bonchon standards. But the most recent order came in a new, heavy duty box that trapped all the steam and the drumsticks were very soggy. Two stars bc the bulgogi fried rice is quite good, but the chicken is why we order. May give it another shot down the road, but pretty disappointed. If you’re going to do to go/delivery only, def need to make sure you’re set up for quality food to be delivered.

Worst Bonchon experience ever! Just don't order here.

I wish that I had read the reviews before I placed my order last night. I order two 8 piece wings in two different flavors. I could not tell the difference in the two sauces which were good, but the wings themselves were tasteless. I was so disappointed!
