Best pizza Iâve had so far in Richmond. The bartender and man who brought out my pizza was very nice. I appreciate it, thank you.

Next to the Holocaust Museum
Is a delightful pizza place. A train travels above the resturant while enjoying morsels of deliciousness.

Not sure if their hours are correct; stopped in at 1015 and didn't see a soul although it seemed open.
Vegan options are great

Leveraging their name, and location, this iconic Richmond pizza joint fails to live up to the hype. The service was completely underwhelming, although, I doubt this was an anomaly. I just donât think they are really trying that hard, and perhaps thatâs what they are going for. To give a specific example, at one point both bar tenders disappeared and I was told that they went to âhit their vapesâ real quick. The atmosphere is tired, disheveled, and in need of some management that has some actual restaurant experience. But frankly, I can overlook a lot, especially if the âoneâ thing they are known for, pizza, actually delivers. Sadly, it did not. Not only did they screw up the order (I had ordered a thin crust pepperoni, pretty simple, right?), but the actual product delivered was completely flavorless. Itâs clear that the quality of the ingredients is directly proportional to whatever the budget-friendly deal of the week from the back of the local Sysco truck. Frankly, Iâve had better pizza from the frozen food isle at my local grocery. Iâm not trying embellish here, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this was just, bad.
If youâre wanting good pizza, and a cool place to drink a few beers in Richmond, you will be sadly underwhelmed. If youâre already pretty buzzed, devoid of any expectations, and simply need some calories, this place should fit the bill nicely. Even then, there has to be a dominos in this cityâŠthatâs probably the safer, and more flavorful, bet. Cheers

First, Veno was our server and he did an amazing job. Tonight was Black Friday and they were short handed. The place was packed. The food still came out in a timely manner.
Second, the pizzas were awesome and the portions are more than generous. The single slices are generous too. The gluten free pizzas are thin crust and delicious. IThis place rocks!

Love Bottoms up! Their pizzas are amazing and it's always a friendly atmosphere when I go. Definitely one of the best spots for pizza around.

Unbelievably good pizza.
Thick crust is perfect, not oily, not too crunchy or soft, just perfect. I imagine it's been perfected over many years.
Beef brisket the best of the two pizzas I tried, but you honestly can't go wrong I think!

Pizza always delicious. Consistently waiting over an hour after they fire the ticket for a pie isn't acceptable, particularly during non-peak hours. Kindly mentioning the issue to staff or manager on duty falls on deaf ears. Hard to make a recommendation to friends and visitors to RVA without adding caveats.

Meh. It used to be good a long time ago. I got a sandwich and it was so so at best. Maybe it was just my luck. I was gonna give it 2 stars but maybe I was just unlucky with my food order.

Pretty good pie. Not the best I've ever had, but good. Crust is crunchy with a hint of that burnt taste if you're into that. Seem to make their dough from scratch and not frozen ect. Kinda pricey for what it is in my opinion. Very friendly service in a cool repurpossed auto shop from the looks of it.

The Entire Presentation of Bottoms Up Has Fell Tremendously. Was No Customers at All at Dinner Hour. Chesapeake Slice Has My Throat Throbbing. I Had The Smallest Shavings of Crab Meat & What Looked Like Chopped Turkey from A Walmart Salad in the Bottom of My Box. Bartenders Offered NOTHING. WATER NAPKINS OLD BAR PARMSHAKE NOTHING. POINT BLANK I TOLD MY LADY FREIND IM DONE w. BOTTOMS UP. Then To Pull Off and the Cashier/Bartender Was Already Out Back; Sitting on the Deck with A Guy Who I Hope Like All Get Out Didn't Make My Slice. I Feel Awful RT Now.
