We stopped in for lunch and had a lovely meal. The Smashburger was excellent and obviously prepared from fresh beef. The waffle fries were nice and crispy. We also had a pork barbecue sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable. The weight for food was very reasonable.
The food here is amazing! I really enjoyed the burger and even the mashed red potatoes. I strongly recommend trying the food here. Plenty of t.v.'s to catch the games.

Person who came in after I did and was sitting next to me ordered a sandwich. He got his order and finished it well before I was served. I had ordered a sampler including what was supposed to be a half rack of ribs and brisket. I got four small bones and brisket that had some weird tomato thing slathered over it. Since both brisket and ribs are made beforehand, I did not understand why it took them so long to serve me. Won't be going back.

Great quality food. We were excited to see they had Alligator bites which were delicious. We tried the ribs, wings, corn pudding, pull pork and chicken. The Oreo cheesecake with very rich. We will revisit.

Had an amazing Saturday lunch here! The place looks great with a welcoming atmosphere. For our starter, we had the fried pickle spears — hands down the best fried pickles I’ve ever tried. Super crunchy on the outside and packed with flavor.
For mains, we ordered the pulled pork platter with mac & cheese and potatoes — everything was delicious and comforting. I got the Brickwood Rib Platter, and it was fantastic. The sauce on the ribs was perfectly balanced and gave such a great flavor. The waffle fries were crispy and the coleslaw was fresh, rounding out the meal perfectly.
Outstanding barbecue experience in the Fan District. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by the rich, inviting aroma of barbecue in preparation. The staff demonstrated both friendliness and attentiveness throughout the visit. The menu offered an impressive range of options, featuring exceptionally prepared main dishes complemented by classic barbecue sides. Portion sizes were generous, making leftovers likely. Prices aligned well with the quality of the meal. I look forward to returning to explore more items on the menu.

The smashed potatoes were the highlight, very good! Unfortunately, the ribs were tough and not tender at all. It was difficult to even pull them apart to eat. The cheesecake was $10 for an incredibly small slice compared to the restaurant photos and the crust/cookie parts tasted extremely stale.

Got the pulled pork sandwich. It isn't pulled pork. It is chopped baby food. No seasoning, no bark, no texture, no flavor. Very disappointed. The bartender was nice. Also had the loaded waffle fries. Just more of the same. Pull the pork and don't chop it up. It made it fill like eating canned chicken.
