The pasta was pretty good. The Bruschetta was ok. The other dishes were fresh.

Food was good, and nice atmosphere. My son loved the multiple options of gluten free pasta...he never gets to order pasta when we go out. It tasted good and wasn't priced higher for being gluten free.

Where these folks excel is the service. The wait staff is top notch in getting you everything you need. And it's always nice having the manger stop by your table to make sure everything is good. The food is delicious also.

I visited Brio yesterday with friends. I usually enjoy the experience, but this time there were issues. The ambiance was good. The service was a little off with long waits between the starters and entrees. But the kitchen really needs work. Two of us ordered chopped salads and they were a wet, soggy mess. It seems they were made way ahead, Sat in the fridge way to long. The lettuce Browning and soaked. I only ate a few bites. Very disappointed.

Absolutely every part of our visit was great...from the waitress to he food and the drinks. The beef carpaccio is probably my favorite food item of all time...and my 7yr old daughter loves it too. The waitress was attentive, kind and patient and the food was beyond amazing. Worth every penny. Already cant wait to go back.

Atmosphere, cleanliness, great quality food. Was very impressed that they listed the calories since I am dieting and I could choose healthy options. The bread and toast tips that they bring you upon seating is unlimited and to die for. My waitress was very attentive and always available. I can't wait to return

Took my wife here for our date night and we were both thoroughly impressed. We had reservations after an event we planned but we were running late. We called the restaurant and the host promptly rescheduled us for 15 minutes later and confirmed that I wanted a bottle of wine on the table waiting for us. Upon arrival the location was very nice. The ambiance was romantic but not stuffy. The food was absolutely wonderful. We placed our orders and within 30 minutes we were eating our meals. Definitely recommend for romantic occasions, prom, date night, or corporate functions. A bit on the pricey side but not enough to make you reconsider. 5 star service, food, and wine.

Made a table booking couple of days back. When we arrived for lunch the place was packed. We were promptly seated in a quiet area. Service was excellent. The waitress was very courteous, attentive, took our orders and our meal was served within 20 minutes. Food was excellent, cooked to perfection and was served hot.

This was one of the delicious meals I have had in Richmond. We ordered from there brunch menu and the Shrimps were just amazing. Every thing we ordered were just delicious. There was a waiting time for fifteen minutes so I recommend an advance booking. The service and the ambience was good.
Went with a group of 15 ladies. Service was excellent and everyone was very pleased with their meal. We had everything from salads, flat bread pizza, pasta to steak. Person with steak really raved about the seasoning and was perfectly cooked.
