Every time there's any sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding at the drive-thru the staff are real quick to start getting an attitude with you. We're paying these inflated prices for trash food, so being treated badly as well is just crazy. I'm just getting tired of fast food in general this point, but all the ones at this intersection would be avoided if they weren't so close.

Many people here are mentioning orders issues. However, there is much more. If you order inside, it doesn't matter if that place is completely empty, the minimum wait is never less than 15 minutes. When it comes to bad attitude, some these people are champions. This morning I found myself being kicked out of the restaurant and the police was called on me just for waiting patiently for more than 10 minutes even though I was the only customer in there. I was listening to the news on my phone while waiting and this nasty lady with her belly almost to the ground asked to shut my phone off. I replied okay, just give me my order and I'll be out of your face. She replied your order is not ready yet. And then just kept on going telling me I was disrespectful and I come there EVERYDAY to start troubles. What? Me, coming there every day to start troubles? The manager jumped into it and gets the situation escalated, asked me to leave while she is on the phone with the police. Is this the new way these gettho people do business? Honestly, those people from the getthoes need lot of training before coming to the outside world 🌎 because they bring all their gettho manners to regular customers. Sad reality 😔😔😔😔😔😔

Cashier was rude ,Manager was rude bit the sandwich once to discover sandwich was old ask for a remake manager refused asked for money back manager refused got in contact with district manager he agreed tot pull tape and give me a call back once investigated he never called back I left with no food or no refund!!! Very disappointing!!!! And very poor service and unprofessional!!

Ordered at drive thru, got home and order was wrong. The older man named Mr something, told me to go get the wrong order. Went home, got the order and brought it back. In the meantime, my son stopped by with a copy of the receipt and they gave him the order without the old food. I don’t understand why they gave it to him, but not me. I definitely dropped the bag of the old food on the counter and left. Got home. The order was still wrong so I went back again this time with my son. Immediately the gentleman named Mr. something yelled at me and said don’t throw anything at me. I never threw anything at him. Fortunately, a young woman helped us and was very kind and gave us our money back. I will never return to this Burger King again.

1 star is generous as I can’t put 0. They mess up your order every time often completely forgetting entire items and what they do actually give you is wrong. Tried to go back in to get them to fix it and had to explain in detail that I need my food remade completely because I paid for something. Man at the counter was m extremely rude to the point of yelling at me asking why they have to remake something when it was wrong.

If I could rate this store a 0 I most definitely would, I mean first off Cleanliness was absolutely horrible employees not wearing gloves people touching different items around the store then touching food, employees coming from bathrooms and not washing hands I mean it’s really disgusting, then the bathroom itself was god awful, I mean it’s like they do not clean or care. I was honestly scared to eat my food that I instantly threw it away because of how bad it is here. Please don’t eat here it’s really not clean.

My food was lukewarm. Hashrounds tasted like they made them dry before..unhappy with my food ...only thing I really enjoyed was the oj that was cold and refreshing and my croissant with half burned egg:( crazy for it to be 730 in the am...sheesh...
