Every time there's any sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding at the drive-thru the staff are real quick to start getting an attitude with you. We're paying these inflated prices for trash food, so being treated badly as well is just crazy. I'm just getting tired of fast food in general this point, but all the ones at this intersection would be avoided if they weren't so close.

I went today to get a milkshake, got to the window, and saw they offered strawberries also. I asked if I could order a strawberry shake also, and he just mixed the two in a large cup. He did(excellent) as I was leaving, he said his manager told him he could not do that anymore. First, the shake was almost $10 would have paid $15 (that's good). But more importantly, the motto of the company is "Have it your way." Really??

I hope this is the one on Belt Blvd. Food was good. I did go in and ask for fresh hash browns and the person cooking said those had just come up but they were not the temperature I wanted them to be. I don't understand why when you say you want fresh food they just don't give it to you. You are the one who is paying them. Just get on my nerves
