I went today to get a milkshake, got to the window, and saw they offered strawberries also. I asked if I could order a strawberry shake also, and he just mixed the two in a large cup. He did(excellent) as I was leaving, he said his manager told him he could not do that anymore. First, the shake was almost $10 would have paid $15 (that's good). But more importantly, the motto of the company is "Have it your way." Really??

I hope this is the one on Belt Blvd. Food was good. I did go in and ask for fresh hash browns and the person cooking said those had just come up but they were not the temperature I wanted them to be. I don't understand why when you say you want fresh food they just don't give it to you. You are the one who is paying them. Just get on my nerves

ordered breakfast through the app to pick up in the Drive-Thru. when I got to the restaurant the Drive-Thru line was very long. by the time i reached the speaker to the Drive-Thru it was 10:34a. when i gave notification that i was picking up my mobile order, i was told that my order could not be made because breakfast was over, when i had ordered before 10:30a.. never received my food that was paid for, and was told that i would have to take it up with support on the app. very...
