I picked up a horrid case of food poisoning from here. Friendly staff, just poor quality service and food. My coworkers told me this Burger King is terrible in food handling, sanitation and never eat there. I learned the painful and hard way. I feel sorry for the staff as the seem to be poorly managed or led. I feel literally nauseous remembering and it’s been 4 days. Really bad.

I went through the drive through amd got my order. It did have 2 complete combo meals so I drove off. When I got home with the breakfast it was completely the wrong sandwiches. Figured we would eat them anyways. Poor quality from the sandwich artist as well as the microwave operator

Literally every time I come here they mess something up, this time they didn’t have the ingredients to make the bbq whopper and then gave me a regular whopper; they also forgot my honey mustard chicken wrap. Fire the manager honestly. lines are always either backed up because of poor customer service/time management or because they are extremely slow with everything they do. By far the actual worst Burger King in the Richmond area I would definitely recommend closing this location down or at-least firing all current staff and hiring new better trained employees. This BK sucks.

Gave only 3 stars for the location. The staff and food were great. Was difficult to figure out how to get close, the deep pothole was easy to hit and bottom out my vehicle on, and the parking tiny, and I feared someone not paying attention would hit my vehicle.
