Ordered for the family tonight and our order was missing two orders of chicken fries. We checked the bags before fully exiting the drive thru, and backed up to the window as we were literally the only car there, the employee running the window tried to argue that they were in the bag, so we had the manager check the bags to see it was not in fact there. This is starting to become a repeat thing at this location... they used to be great.

Stopped here on a trip to do all the things in one stop. Got gas, everyone used restroom, walked the dog, and then the food... Ordered specifically on the app, but 2 of our bacon cheeseburgers were completely wrong. Unfortunately we didn't realize this until already back down the highway. One with mustard when nothing at all in our order had mustard! And the other was just a burger patty & pickles... No cheese or bacon. They did remake for us, but it cost a huge chunk of time driving back to them for this. Always check your food before you leave!

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Absolutely the worst example of a Burger King on the planet! Have not had an accurate order in years. Always missing something, cold fries, hard buns, no napkins, no sauces, not made right..I mean if you asked for a napkins they would hand you a napkin! This is a franchised location and they couldn’t be less involved. They just don’t care. Even when you complain about the rudeness like when a server says “you can come in here and help if you want it faster” I’d run circles around these people. Why? Because I care!

Stopped into this Burger King while filling up on gas during a long drive. I don’t usually drink coffee, but when I’m on the road, I’ll grab a small one—black, no frills, just enough to stay sharp behind the wheel. It was around 8:30 AM, and the place was pretty quiet. The dining room was spacious and totally empty, which honestly made it feel like a peaceful little pit stop. Sometimes you just need that kind of quiet on a road trip.

What really stood out was the service. The guy working the front was also running the drive-thru solo, but you’d never guess it. He greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude, even though he was clearly juggling multiple tasks. It’s rare to see that level of patience and professionalism when someone’s working alone under pressure, especially in the early morning. He held it down like a pro—A+ attitude all the way.

He offered me cream and sugar, but I kept it classic and had it my way: black. Thanks for the offer though! Sometimes it’s the little things—like a friendly face, a hot cup of coffee, and a quiet space to regroup—that make the biggest difference when you’re in transit. Solid experience overall. Appreciate the hospitality, BK.
