Went in to the bathroom before I ordered. Dead roaches in the hallway and bathroom. I never ordered anything. If there are multiple dead roaches out where everyone can see them, I can just imagine how it is in the kitchen....

It's supposed to be "Have it your way", but apparently no employee for BK pays attention to that part. I travel a lot and I have yet to find a spot that didn't mess up my order in some type of way. I heard the cashier tell the crew what I wanted and they STILL got it wrong. Just listen and maybe reviews will get better.

The most friendly fast food restaurant I have ever been to...ever. every time I go (albeit rarely bc I don't eat fast food), they are super nice and order is always perfect. In a basic burger comparison with mcds across the street, bk won.

My burgers were burned.. Literally crunchy, the order was wrong and the fries were old...or off or something. The tables were dirty and one of the garbage can containers had no can in it and trash was going right on the floor. The person taking my order was friendly enough.They were not busy when I was there, the drive through was not backup up, I saw at least 4 people working so not sure why the restaurant was in such a state... If you can eat somewhere else. You should.

Waited easily 15 minutes.. used coupon for large items given small. Burger bun tasted like it was microwaved maybe due to the wait. It was essentially like eating am over cooked steak the bun was so tough. Location is a disaster put politely.I'm done with BK..
The buns seemed different here. The 2 meals for $10 is ? seeing how one BK is 2 for $12 and another's 2 for $14 in the Henrico

I DON'T PLAY ABOUT MY FOOD I ordered a wrap I told them ranch & hot sauce I barely got hot sauce no ranch but it's not even about the food that's the worse it's the customer service I didn't get the girl the code & had to go back through the line & reorder just for A CODE

I'm not sure of her name but the female manager has the worst attitude she raises her voice and speaks to you as if you work for her it's absolutely ridiculous continually she messes up and even when showing the receipt somehow it's the even when you do not receive the items you ordered somehow it's the customer's phone someone needs to replace her I can't imagine they could stay open too much longer with that type of service!

This location is a bit run down and dirty and oddly it's part of a gas station.The French fries were old as were the chicken fries and right there is a deal breaker for me.The employees seemed nice though so they deserve some credit however I recommend trying a different location if you want a quick bite to eat...
