Second time I got the worst service from any company ever. Stopped by today for vanilla shakes for my family. The lady laughing over the cup of shake and when they brought me the shakes, one cup was 3/4 full. When I asked why it was not full, she said I’m “pissing” her off. Manager came and won’t even apologize for such actions from his employees. Never going to this location again cos I may experience a third embarrassment.

Just ordered from here because it’s convenient but for the 5th time . Not only was my order missing . What I did receive was incorrect and you can tell it was an old order they put my receipt on . Couldn’t receive a refund through uber eats so I contacted the store just to be told by a female manager “ I just got here you have to call uber eats “ . If you value your money just start cooking in the house . You can tell when a store just hires anyone because they are short staffed and this location is definitely one of them .

Kids meal was severely lacking. No toy, no drink. Just chicken nuggets and fries. It was my son’s first time and we wont go back.

I arrived at this location and was ignored while I was at the window waiting. The staff was busy on their cellphones. I was told that their order window was closed. I told them that I’m calling corporate. I took a picture of the address so that I can call corporate and the man at the window cursed me out! I’m a business owner in the area and I know the laws on taking pictures in a retail area. I can take pictures. The man was yelling at me while he had a customer in a car serving him. Burger King do better please when you hire employees. I would never speak to one of my customers that way. The employee also needs to know that the customer is why he has a job! Also he said he would sue me for placing his picture here! This is why Burger King has their reviews open for pictures so that we the customers can report employees who are rude to customers. All I wanted was to place my order at a restaurant that I’ve been supporting for years. They didn’t even wash their hands when I saw them on their phones. I’m glad they denied me service. The line of cars was around the corner while they were on their phones!

Just a disgusting place to eat, even if the food is to go. Avoid this location like the plague. If you decide to eat their food just make sure that you are near a bathroom. If only BK executives could see the crap they're pumping out. The health inspectors would probably have a field day back in the kitchen / prep areas. And by the way, the staff is on the same level as the food. If you enjoy third world country dining then this place is for you.

I ordered the spicy chicken and let me tell you something. It is absolutely disgusting. Let them stick to the burgers. They do a great job about that. if you are in mood for a chicken sandwich go to a chicken place don’t make my mistake and order from Burger King.

Ordered a large spicy meal on my phone when I got there they gave me the burger a large fry and a small drink(should have been large) talked to the manager said he needed to get more off the truck and asked if I could wait I did but he never came back. If your order is fine right of the bar I'm sure this place is great but you're screwed if there's an issue.
