I'm not sure how long it will last, but this wasn't a good experience. Considering the one further up Brook road and the 1 on broad street are horrible.

Window service. By the time I got to the window she had forgotten my order. Repeated, then held me at the first window to make it seem like they were doing fast service on the service window with their timer. Food was cold. Forgot the sundae and an order of nuggets. Then the employee came out cussing right by my toddler. I know it isn't located in the best area of Richmond, but dang, at least try.

The handful of times have gone to this Burger King It has always been in the morning... The ladies have always been surprisingly pleasant and absolutely delightful in their great customer service, And the food has always been fresh... I don't know about other shifts and later in the evening but morning shift , keep up the amazing work!

Got a whopper with cheese without the bun. I'm not kidding, they had the toppings stacked so neatly (Pickles,onions, lettuce, tomato), I was able to eat it in the wrapper with no utensils, no problem.

Second time I got the worst service from any company ever. Stopped by today for vanilla shakes for my family. The lady laughing over the cup of shake and when they brought me the shakes, one cup was 3/4 full. When I asked why it was not full, she said I’m “pissing” her off. Manager came and won’t even apologize for such actions from his employees. Never going to this location again cos I may experience a third embarrassment.

Just ordered from here because it’s convenient but for the 5th time . Not only was my order missing . What I did receive was incorrect and you can tell it was an old order they put my receipt on . Couldn’t receive a refund through uber eats so I contacted the store just to be told by a female manager “ I just got here you have to call uber eats “ . If you value your money just start cooking in the house . You can tell when a store just hires anyone because they are short staffed and this location is definitely one of them .
