Burger kings needs to retrain their workers on customer service. I asked for ketchup and the person working drive thru wait for it said âwe donât have ketchupâ unbelievable right

Absolutely Disgusting. A pot belly cook with jailhouse tattoos making the food in the back could be heard whining and complaining about making food. Then I get my food and itâs every thing I didnât ask for because he hates his life. Will be reaching out to the franchise owner
If i could get a negative star I would!!! My mobile order was completely burnt, charred and they still gave it to me!! I then decide to go through the drive through and they give me another hockey puck!! I mean good god is it that hard to watch a precooked patty thaw on a grill, then the manager tried to mansplain the grill to me like iâve never cooked a burger or gone to Burger King in my life. Disgusted DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Jr whopper meat patty was over cooked, burned on edges, requested no salt fries, received salted fries. Special requests are not met at this location. This was a mobile order and could not travel back to location to point out the mistakes. Does this location need better management to train employees?? Very disappointing!

Will never return to this location. My last order was garbage. Got home and my burger was burnt, the lettuce was dark brown and my burger was not customized how I like it. I threw it out and filled out their survey only to basically be talked to like a child when ther regional manager finally contacted me a week later. Obviously nothing was done for me. A $14 lesson to be learned for sure. Think twice about going here folks.

They have never messed up my orders, they always perfectly make the burgers, they are kind, and make sure you have straws, sauces, spoons, whatever you are supposed to have for your meal. Every other burger king always leaves the pickles on my burger, or worse they take them off before serving it, it tastes like vinegar. Ive never had this issue here, they also give the appropriate amount of toppings, they don't skip.
The fries were almost cold had a Lil warm to it.. the hamburger patties were a Lil tough.. I should have ask for fresh food it was almost 11:30 pm ..
