I had went to burger king around 12 am yesterday just to get something after my shift, and I had gotten the chicken sandwich of theirs (which I love). I was half way eating it and I found a piece a plastic in my food…. please do better next time !

I ordered a whopper junior without pickles and added cheese with onion rings. The food was stale and pickles were on my burger so I couldn't eat it.
This Burger King is hands down the best in Richmond! My partner and I don’t eat out much more these days for so many reasons, one being a lot of the service in fast food in Richmond is awful for the most part. I mean the people are rude beyond necessary and the food is subpar at best. This one has always been great with food and service for us!! Shoutout to the employee there, they are just great! Will make one suggestion, the sweet Tea could be less diabetes filled, sometimes all it tastes like is sugar lol 😂

This location needs a COMPLETE overhaul. The staff is untrained, rude, and the food tastes horrible. I used to go for the Whopper Wednesday deals but even with the discount I won’t be returning. Corporate audit is desperately needed at this location.
