The male manager was EXTREMELY condescending. Why would you have someone in a position of leadership if he isn’t capable of leading his self. He was a wanna be THUG working for a fast food restaurant. This is the worst location on this side of town. The employees don’t want to work, they are ALL rude & nasty. I reported this location to corporate as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an order for pick up via drive through using the BK app. Picked up the order, got home and saw that half of the order was missing. Talked with an employee, was instructed to visit the store with the receipt and they’ll “set me straight”. I assumed set me straight meant they will give me the food which I was charged for? My mistake.Went to the store later in the day, the lady at the counter took a look at the receipt said they can’t do anything for me, and to deal with the people in the app even though I was charged for the food and just wanted what I paid for. The store makes the food right?Point being take your time to check bags before moving in the drive through lane, you might not be treated the same way by the next employee.

I went through the drive thru and I ask for Ketchup right away. The guy said okay no problem. Then after waiting a few minutes for my order they ask me to pull up to a line and wait and they would bring it out asap. I pulled up and waiting for 5-10 minutes and he came out with my order but just with my food so I ask where my drink was he had to go back for my drink . I got the drink and began to leave. I looked to see if everything was in my bag and they didn't put any Ketchup in the bag so u had to park and go in . It was lunch time so there was a line. I waited patiently for a good 5-10 minutes then I walked up and said excuse me mam but I went through the drive thru and ask for Ketchup with my order but didn't get any. She looked like a manager so I thought she would gladly help since I had already been there for a half hour or more but she looked at me like I did something wrong and was annoying her . Then another employee that was working the cash register grabbed me some Ketchup and gave it to me. The woman I ask first that was clearly dressed like a manager just had a look on her face like she hated her job and did not want to be there which isn't my fault u got a job somewhere u hate working. It was to say the least an aggravating visit for me because it took forever and I was treated badly for asking for Ketchup a second time .

"Closing at 1am", already closed by midnight when I used the app to order. Now I'm being told it's a 5-10 day wait for a refund. That's ridiculous, if those are your hours, you should actually be open, or don't let the app take my money and waste my time. Ridiculous. Go anywhere else.

I just ordered food. The place was empty. I waited more than 5 mins for my food, only for it to be cold. I went inside only for thr employees to not show concern. Staff was more concerned with flirting with some homeless guys than making sure the food that I paid my money for was hot. Poor customer service and the place could use a good cleaning.

Getting charged $.30 for sause is sad. People come there to spend $10-15, and they charge .30 for 1 sause. I can see if i asked for 3 or 4. It's pretty pathetic of a place. Oh, also, your ketchup is empty.....

Well as I drove around to the drive thru, I noticed a worker which appears to be the manager come out the front door with a cigarette in her hand. Once she saw me pulling around, she had the nastiest and rudeness look on her face because by me pulling up, she wasn't going to be able to smoke. I let her know that I saw her facial expression and that is what made me decide to drive off and place an order. If you want to stand outside and smoke all day, maybe fast food jobs isn't for you.
