This is one of the worst burger kings on the east side of Henrico the services is horrible and the food taste old and not freshly done . The atmosphere is horrible almost thought I was gonna get in an accident at the poorly design entrances on the corners. Also I would not recommend this store at all

I just ordered a breakfast meal and my hash browns were old. To the point where most of them were hard and could not be eaten. These restaurants are awful. They expect us to pay our hard earned money and given us low quality food and service in return. I won't be back.

Burger King changed my order they switch the whopper from 4 whopper sandwiches to 3 sandwiches. And they charge me $43.35 for 3 whoppers and 4 hamburgers 2 small fries for this amount and the server was rude and pregidous this has to stop
I love onion rings. I always order the large size. I was under the impression that you got 2 zesty sauce packs if you ordered the a large onion rings. I asked for 2 large onion rings and asked the lady for 2 pack each. She said fine. Well I only got 2 total! What the hell! You think it was coming out of their pay if they gave you an extra pack! If it's extra! Fine! Let me know! I'll be glad to pay extra! Piss poor!
