Stopped by Sunday morning to pick up breakfast. There were only 2 people working inside, therefore it took about 8 min to go throught drive through and actually get my order. Please hire more staff!

If I order 16 nuggets why did the lady only give me 2 sauces.She charged me for 2 more which is crazy.Then my sandwich was so dry I didn't want to ask for ketchup because I didn't want to get charged for it. I didn't see my usual girls that always be there and they usually gets us right.This time it was younger ppl.They were playing and joking around while the line was backed up.Oh and it was no salt on the fries.

Using my crowns with the Burger King app, I ordered for a cheeseburger to be picked up around 7:14 AM arriving at the Burger King around 7:20 AM, I was greeted at the window by an employee who told me that their “boiler“ wasn’t up and running yet, after she stood there silent and was waiting for me to respond, I didn’t know what that meant so I just said OK and then proceeded to drive off assuming that it meant i can’t get what I had ordered, this is not the first time employee has denied service because of some unexplained reason is terrible and I will not be ordering there again

Lady at front counter was rude and seemed annoyed to take a order. I asked to "buy a cup of water" not "can I have a free/complementary cup of water". Was constantly repeated they don't offer free/complementary cups of water. At the very end was told I can buy soda then fill the cup up with water instead. If it wasn't for her nasty attitude I'd more than happily pay 3$ for a cup of water I asked for from the very beginning. Nasty entitled rude attitude service, can't hear or understand English

So I can't speak to the atmosphere inside because I always use the drive through But it is well landscaped and always kept clean. The staff are friendly and super efficient. Obviously, when it's busy, things aren't as fast but these guys stay on top of it and um, and a lo always give you good service.
