Using my crowns with the Burger King app, I ordered for a cheeseburger to be picked up around 7:14 AM arriving at the Burger King around 7:20 AM, I was greeted at the window by an employee who told me that their âboilerâ wasnât up and running yet, after she stood there silent and was waiting for me to respond, I didnât know what that meant so I just said OK and then proceeded to drive off assuming that it meant i canât get what I had ordered, this is not the first time employee has denied service because of some unexplained reason is terrible and I will not be ordering there again

Lady at front counter was rude and seemed annoyed to take a order. I asked to "buy a cup of water" not "can I have a free/complementary cup of water". Was constantly repeated they don't offer free/complementary cups of water. At the very end was told I can buy soda then fill the cup up with water instead. If it wasn't for her nasty attitude I'd more than happily pay 3$ for a cup of water I asked for from the very beginning. Nasty entitled rude attitude service, can't hear or understand English

So I can't speak to the atmosphere inside because I always use the drive through But it is well landscaped and always kept clean. The staff are friendly and super efficient. Obviously, when it's busy, things aren't as fast but these guys stay on top of it and um, and a lo always give you good service.

The food is never done the way you want it the customer service sucks the people in here are rude nasty and belligeren the store never has customer's in it and they are always too busy to take your order or even ask you if you need or would like anything else!!!

The food was good, the service was friendly, but the appearance of the store even from the outside was questionable. The dirty windows make it seem like a good find in a filthy situation
Parking: I went thru the drive thru..I was too hungry to take the chance of going in the store and possibly seeing an even dirtier place and having to go to the more questionable McDonald's across the parking lot .

We were a party of seven females traveling from RIC with a layover in Ft Lauderdale Florida airport and our server was da bomb she was patient & kind and so was the manager they handled us with a smile and we gave one back
