The food was good. Sorry I have no pictures. I ate in the car. The food was prepared the way I asked. Hash browns out the grease. And sandwich in the warmer just the amount of time

So it’s snowing really heavy and it’s bitter cold . I went into the Burger King to get warm and wait for the bus .. 10 min. I was gonna buy something the door was open. And the 2 people working said I could not wait inside for a few minutes . Idk what’s up with people any more. Someone is doing something wrong .. there are no emotions , manors . It was not like this before Covid. I am 62 years old and honestly get treated with no respect at all.. it’s sad. But companies need to teach customer service. To top it off 2 people just walked in and are sitting inside. So upsetting

BE WATCHFUL OF YOUR CARD INFO. CAME HERE FOR LUNCH WITH MY HUSBAND AROUND 11:30 AM AND BY 3 PM SOMEONE USED MY CARD INFO TO ORDER PANDA EXPRESS, AN UBER RIDE AND CHIC FIL A. I WILL PERSONALLY NEVER EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. DONT FORGET CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER LEAVING HERE.

Slow as all get out. 9:50pm not a soul in sight in line, I get moved to the front of the store to sit for over 15 minutes while I have groceries in the car. I would not have ordered food from him and spent nearly $20 if I had to wait for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous

The 2 gentleman and women working were unprofessional playing rap music load at the front counter on the music box along with the store music playing made it sound horrible felt like I was at a club not Burger King by far the worst Ive ever experience I hope the manger see this and talk to them

They messed up my order I asked for cheese on my whopper and I get no cheese and I ordered 2 meals, get home I only have one meal! I even asked the lady before I drove off if both meals were in there and she said yes! And sure enough only 1 meal! Place sucks looks dirty and unprofessional!
The workers here move at a snails pace. One person in line ahead of me and it took 12 minutes to get my cold food. Snail pace

If you love yourself, do not eat here! The workers are VERY dirty and you will get nothing your way!
Your stomach will turn after eating here, after you hear the workers making some nasty comments and not use gloves.

Weird power trips and aggressive vibes from the young boys working here. They make you wait at the drive thru just because they can. They try to stare you down. It would be adorable if it wasn’t so annoying.
Food preparation is sub par compared to other locations. Will another restaurant please start serving a plant-based burger so I can make an environmentally conscious food choice without being made subject to a child’s ego ?
Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is the only game in town. Buy it from a different Burger King besides this one.
