took 15 mins to get my food in drive thru. when i got it, i didn’t get the ketchup and ranch i paid for, and it was also missing tomatoes lettuce and cheese.the fries also needed salt, which other locations provide

So in the past we have had a poor experience with this Burger King. I am very pleased that it seems they have improved immensely! Great service now!!

Always a long wait going inside. Both times it took forever to place a simple order. I had a coupon, and I substituted the fries for onion rings and it brought the total up almost 4 dollars more. At that point I didn't care. During that time a lady came in from the drive thru because they screwed her order up. She had to wait longer than I did, while I was waiting for a friend of mine to receive his order. Onion rings were cold. The burger was fine. Service, not so much.

I went inside because of long drive thru wait. Inside was dead but even so it was 1 lady handling most things (probably manager). After she helped me I noticed the drink(blue razz- frozen slushie) she forgot to add my nerds. Then noticed an older lady trying to use the drink machine and it sprayed her with water. My simple order($7 trio- bacon cheeseburger, fries and chicken fries- got mozzarella sticks)was wrong although my other 2 food items were right. When I went into corrected the same lady that helped me seem irritating and annoyed more so than I did, but she quickly fixed it and apologized.

The food was good. Sorry I have no pictures. I ate in the car. The food was prepared the way I asked. Hash browns out the grease. And sandwich in the warmer just the amount of time

So it’s snowing really heavy and it’s bitter cold . I went into the Burger King to get warm and wait for the bus .. 10 min. I was gonna buy something the door was open. And the 2 people working said I could not wait inside for a few minutes . Idk what’s up with people any more. Someone is doing something wrong .. there are no emotions , manors . It was not like this before Covid. I am 62 years old and honestly get treated with no respect at all.. it’s sad. But companies need to teach customer service. To top it off 2 people just walked in and are sitting inside. So upsetting

BE WATCHFUL OF YOUR CARD INFO. CAME HERE FOR LUNCH WITH MY HUSBAND AROUND 11:30 AM AND BY 3 PM SOMEONE USED MY CARD INFO TO ORDER PANDA EXPRESS, AN UBER RIDE AND CHIC FIL A. I WILL PERSONALLY NEVER EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. DONT FORGET CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER LEAVING HERE.
