The service was good. They only had one person working and he was great! He was really busy. He gave great customer service. I could not believe all of my food was hot. Burger needs to have more than one person on a shift. Customers have to wait a long time for food in the drive thru and inside.

I went to the drive thru and there was one car ahead of me. Maybe one customer inside. The speaker asked me to wait. I waited for several minutes and no more response. I drove off. They were handing the order to the one ahead of me. There's no sense of urgency to get the orders in.

Went and ordered a 15 dollar bacon king meal first I drove up and the person thought I drove away she gave the order away then she goes to make the order only for me to get home and realize its now a whopper with cheese and medium frie idk if this is normal but terrible I lost money

The lady with the red hair claimed they won’t open but they are open because someone just left out the drive thru I’m a trucker so i can’t go through the drive thru but i c people going through than she claimed they closed but the sign says otherwise then she says I’m not feeling good I’m like but u still came to work though serve me my food

I refused to eat at location because I don't want red hair in my food. It's ridiculous that she in a load to have her hair all the way down to her knees. That's a health violation and will never come back.
