The service was good. They only had one person working and he was great! He was really busy. He gave great customer service. I could not believe all of my food was hot. Burger needs to have more than one person on a shift. Customers have to wait a long time for food in the drive thru and inside.

They are messing up order. You order a bacon double cheese burger, you might get bacon or the meat on the sandwich or maybe “not” . You never get the order you want, to be happy or enjoy the food you purchased.

This location is about nine hundred feet north from the border between Chesterfield County and Richmond city, and it suffers from Richmond's steep restaurant tax as a consequence.Food and service was acceptable and typical of a BK. Restaurant appeared clean.
