I see suspiciously great reviews popping up, don't trust them. Read thru the bad reviews and their frequency, the ones that haven't been deleted. Also, no response from the manager. Lawyer is really excited about this, not a good look

Employees play with food. So.. Store Manager! You're up to bat big dog. Check footage from 7-8pm on this date 06/28/25, and tell me who took a bite out this chicken

This restaurant is one of the worst I have ever been to before due to negative experience I had with their newest crew member. I don't remember her name but behavior is unforgettable.
She was completely discourteous, rude, and unprofessional. It was well understood that she didn't learn her job and neither had a desire to do so. Her attitude and customer service was awful and most definitely inappropriate for the hospitality industry. She and the other female in the kitchen were complaining about customers, getting orders wrong and made people wait too long without explanation. Please train or replace her or allow someone that knows exactly how to provide satisfactory performance immediately! I won't return as long as she's there at the front counter.

Did drive thru. The young lady (i wish I caught her name) gave me the best customer service i think I have ever received in a fast food drive through. I just happen to have a Starbucks GC in my purse and I gave it to her. The food was hot and order was correct. Would definitely go back to this BK.

All the staff just sits there talking to each other rather than putting the food in the bag and actually doing their job. Worst fast food service ever. Ladreya was the worst too.

Inside is dirty, they serve cold food, they have terrible attitudes and they need to shut this location down!!! When I'm able to, I'll be adding photos of this trash they served. Oh, let's also take into account that they won't even answer the phone at this location to be refunded for inedible food.

NEVER AGAIN...after waiting 2.5 minutes for somwone to take my order at the drive thru window and ordering 1 chicken wrap, I waited 7 minutes to bring it out and around to the other side of the building.

It's just sad...what has happened????

I will say that the person another drive thru was very pleasant tho.

I wish they would at least tell me before I pay. Then i'm going to have to drive around and wait so they can give me the option to leave if I don't wish r I wait.

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Ordered through their app for a drive through order. Then was told I had to come inside to get my order, only after standing around for well over 15 minutes and me waving at someone did they ask why I was inside and not in drive through.

I group of middle schooler could be more professional and run it better. The owner needs to scrap this and start all over. Terrible service.
