I ordered a meal from this store it has been more than 2 hours and the food has not been prepared yet. Delivery drivers keep switching and leaving my food behind because it is not ready. This is not the first time it is happening. Y’all do something about this. This is my last time ordering from Burger

In a hurry to work ? or anywhere ? don't get out of your car to be served in the lobby ....picture this..u see 6 cars in the line, you figure hey maybe it will be faster to come inside, well NOPE!! I STOOD in the empty lobby to see 4 of the 6 cars get serviced before me so total wait time for a simple breakfast 15 minutes ..WHY!! Then upon exiting, drive way line all done actually a few more cars came thru! Come on people do BETTA!

absolute trash. i ordered a order for pick up and my friend went to get it for me he asked for the tomatoes/ lettuce on the side the guy at the window said it was already done come to find out they gave them a whole other order that was soggy and VERY OLD. i’m 7months pregnant this was absolutely disgusting then the number is out of service to call.

I eat BK about once or twice a year, specifically the fish sandwich. My fish sandwich was bread lined with 10 pieces of soggy pickles under the fish. Yup! The only pro is that the lady at the window was very pleasant.

Food was all cold, the restaurant was filthy. Like a herd of toddlers just blew it up. The attitudes of the employees are plain awful. So people that don't want to be there are making subpar food and not cleaning up. I once worked for BK, and this store would have been completely overhauled.

When I get told by the lady at the window to be quiet because she had a phone call, I was done. I hated working fast food, so i get the disdain, but that was beyond unprofessional. Food wasn't bad though..
The cook Tonio is very respectful extremely helpful and always gets the food right highly recommend going on his shift

The food served here the last few times has been pretty poor. Food not prepared correctly, wrong items, etc. But today I got the Eggnormous burrito, it is somehow over cooked and undercooked at the same time. And the burrito wasn't wrapped correctly, just kind of crumpled together and when I opened my burrito, it nearly fell apart from just opening the wrapper on this oily mess.
I know it can be better because I get better at other locations and I have had better from this location too.
I don't know what has changed, but it hasn't been for the better.

Food as always my favorite but was highly disappointed when my mother who isn’t feeling all there forgot to add a sweet tea. Normally I’m not one to leave a review but this older lady decided it was appropriate to act like it’s difficult to add a sweet tea when we haven’t even paid yet so there for I know for a fact all your doing is tapping the screen and adding a tea and making it what is the issue? Honestly Burger King and she didn’t add all of our items if you don’t know how to do your job just say that and we raise minimum wage for them to do less and to act incompetent. And honestly went to the Burger King further down just to get the rest of our order just because we didn’t want to interact with that employee anymore whether she was a manager or not you treat everyone the way you wanted to be treated.
