Went to this location today ordered breakfast that was unsatisfactory in quality and appearance, upon me asking for a refund I was told I paid with a card and had to wait until it was refunded to my card and they don’t know when that would be. I requested cash and the so called GM tells me he’s going to call the police and all the while I find out he’s the one making the food. If the GM doesn’t care about the quality and appearance of their product clearly the employees won’t either

Came at 11:02 and was told they was closed but was supposed to to be open until 12 the lady at the window was extremely rude I guess employees just close when they don’t want to work anymore it was several people upset that ordered online and everything

The food was decent although the French fries tasted of old oil or unfiltered oil. I had the Steakhouse Whopper and it was pretty decent for what it was. The meat was fresh. The tomato slices were perfect and crisp. The cashier was friendly even though the previous two customers had been less than amazing for no apparent reason. The men’s room had no soap and could’ve done with some cleaning.
This place is horrible. I ordered online and went to pick it up 20 min later and they didn’t even process it. The customer service is awful and gave me attitude like how dare I order food and make them work. I won’t be back to this one at all.

I ordered a meal from this store it has been more than 2 hours and the food has not been prepared yet. Delivery drivers keep switching and leaving my food behind because it is not ready. This is not the first time it is happening. Y’all do something about this. This is my last time ordering from Burger

In a hurry to work ? or anywhere ? don't get out of your car to be served in the lobby ....picture this..u see 6 cars in the line, you figure hey maybe it will be faster to come inside, well NOPE!! I STOOD in the empty lobby to see 4 of the 6 cars get serviced before me so total wait time for a simple breakfast 15 minutes ..WHY!! Then upon exiting, drive way line all done actually a few more cars came thru! Come on people do BETTA!

absolute trash. i ordered a order for pick up and my friend went to get it for me he asked for the tomatoes/ lettuce on the side the guy at the window said it was already done come to find out they gave them a whole other order that was soggy and VERY OLD. i’m 7months pregnant this was absolutely disgusting then the number is out of service to call.
