If I was the owner of this franchise location I would seriously recommend going through the drive thru secretly to experience how bad the customer service at this location is. This isn't the first time I've felt disrespected for an issue that wasn't my fault but it is the last time they will have my business. I'd rather drive across town to go to a different location.

Door Dash pickup here and it looks like the health department needs to pay them a visit. Met with a sassy old black woman who tried to accuse me of being impatient before I ever spoke. I am sorry they are under staffed with poor quality workers.

I stopped here every morning on my way to work. Ordering from the mobile app makes my life so much easier. And to top it all off the drive-through cashier knows just by seeing my name that I don't want ice in my Dr pepper. They are so friendly and always in a good mood. Great way to start my day.
The worst. Placed a prepaid order on the website for one kids meal at 4:30 pm. Arrived 25 minutes later and since drive thru line was long I parked to go inside assuming order would be ready. Doors were locked! Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes. Got to the window and they began preparing my order. One kids meal. There has to be a better system. Never again!!

I thought patrons at burger King were entitled to have their food made their way. I guess that's not the case here because they couldn't figure out how to put swiss on a burger and then refused to give me a refund.

I haven't touched burger king in years but I'm glad I came here when I decided to try it out again. The food is always hot and fresh and the people working here are very polite. I'll recommend anyone to come to this burger king over ANY other fast food restaurant.

Disappointed. First time in a while. Got charged for a meal when i ordered a sandwich and a fry. Ten 50 seemed high for this. And on top of it all, the ketchup was really watery.. dipped my fried in it and got basically no ketchup. Very nice store, but i wasn't happy with the ladies.
