My only issue was the whopper the bun didn't seem fresh and sandwich had a chemical taste maybe it was just me but I've never had any problems with the whopper, the service was good young lady was very polite

One of the worst locations in the area. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. The dining area is usually dirty. I generally avoid this location. Not sure why they kept this location open and closed the one in the Tuckahoe Village Shopping Center.

On December 14,2025 I went through the drive through and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a fish sandwich When i got to the window i asked the black female hostess if they had milk shakes and with irritation said we have the normal flavors, i asked if i could get a vanilla milk shake! she said no you must drive around (no one was behind us) i said you are kidding she said no im not. i felt she strongly is racist against white people this occurred around 1pm

For some reason the burgers do not taste like they used too. The mayo on my burger was old and discolored and did not taste good. I think the manager needs to check all the condiments prior to the start of lunch to ensure quality food is being served to the customer. As I stated earlier the burgers have a much different taste than they used to. That grilled juicy taste wasn't there.

Took 40 minutes just to tell me their system isn't working and they aren't getting mobile orders while I sat inside waiting. Not the staffs fault but dang lock in y'all....if u see someone sitting there for that long at least ask what order I'm there for!!! And to say to refund it and there's nothing you can do instead of just making the order? C'mon now. Never going here again. Try the other burger king nearby y'all they're way better.
