Tried to go in the lobby and it was closed, so I tried to walk through the drive through and the person came outside to dismiss us and told us we had to have a car (which I don’t have). I didn’t know owning a vehicle was a requirement to get burger king, what, broke people can’t get burgers now?

This store seems to never be staffed. Every time I’ve attempted to visit during lunch hours the dining room is closed. This creates a drive-through line wrapped around the building, almost impossible to join. Then the customer service or lack there of is extremely rude once you’re served via the drive-through. I’d attribute this to poor management. Do better!

Rudest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Customer service is poor. Guy with locs extremely nasty. Brown hair white girl just stand there instead of taking my order. Ridiculous!

Outstanding Customer Service Experience from the Manager! The food here is about what you'd expect - I really like the cheesy tots and the onion rings. It was a stop for those that led to my experience. Somehow, the cashier inadvertently charged me for the food ordered by the car in front of me in the drive-thru line. I didn't discover it until I got home and looked at the receipt. They charged me $30+ for about $5 of food. My wife talked to the manager on the phone, and she looked through the receipt records and verified that my story was true. She said she couldn't refund the amount overcharged to my card, but put the cash in an envelope in the safe with our name on it. I went by yesterday, and after a short explanation (she wasn't in the store at the time), they produced the cash envelope. Just being able to trust them with something like this will make me go back again and again.

always double check your order at the parham Rd location!! i have to go back in 4 out of 5 visits to get the correct order. they mess up almost every time. BUT they are nice about making it right, ask for some dessert while you wait inside on your

Normally this burger king has been worst bk experience always. But last night around 7pm guy in drive thru who took my order was awesome. I asked him to drop fresh chicken fries and mozz. Sticks in fryer. Hottest food and best food ive gotten from there in 10 years.
