Beginning with the professionalism of the owner, her friendly personality, and her knowledge and passion for cooking. You can taste her love for what she does on every bite. And mind behind the scene. It was such a pleasure my family and I met you.

September 6th 2021, I went to Cafe Synai while visiting RVA at VCU on business. I was pleasantly surprised at the location and how DELICIOUS the food is! OMG! Thank God For JESUS! The Lord Blessed that woman!!! The owner of Cafe Synai has such a warm and pleasant spirit. I ordered the Turkey Sandwich, The Salmon sandwich, 2 cheesecake cupcakes (one with strawberries and one plain). I also ordered a Banana pudding and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie! When people use the term "That Was Everything"! Cafe Synai food and drinks are EVERYTHING!!!!! When ever I visit Richmond Virginia, I will Always visit Cafe Synai!!!!! The food is worth it!!!! You go Girl! Black Girl Rocks! Keep up the great work!!! By the way, I ATE ALL that Food in 24 hours or less!! Lol lol.

We arrived late on Sat. afternoon (RVA Convo Ctr was having an event) and all of the local restaurants were slammed. There were 7 in our party so menu items were limited but we were treated well and our server was great! She made 7 smoothies/milkshakes and they were all great. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. We will be going again but next time before the wave of convo diners descend on the local eateries. Thank you for your great service - we really appreciated it and the food.
Vegetarian options: non dairy alternatives for milk
Parking: It's easier on the weekend to find places to park. On street is limited and you may or may not have to pay. There are lots and garages if you just want to stroll then eat. Visiting the area is the effort to locate parking.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I got a tropical smoothie and a coconut pie slice- both are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Absolutely the best smoothie I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Customer service was so genuine and kind, super friendly - I believe my friend and I met the owner but either way this place blew me away. It’s going to become my smoothie spot!
