This is a great little coffee shop/Italian cafe but I’ve noticed both the quality of service and the general demeanor of the staff has significantly declined over the past year. You’re lucky to be acknowledged/welcomed as you walk in or approach the counter and I’ve now witnessed on several occasions, including today (3/23), the person (they?) taking the order behind the counter make a mistake and then try to make the customer feel like they’re in the wrong. There were also a number of us who ordered paninis that took around 25 minutes to come out and served up with a poor attitude. A simple apology would have gone a long way as would I simple “hello” and “thank you.” Hope management will step in to redirect the staff and revive some degree of service and basic courtesy.

A delightful coffee shop in the West End. I came once many years ago and it's only gotten better. I'm not a coffee drinker so I actually got a hot chocolate, but they have lots of espresso flavors and it's clear they take coffee very seriously. I did get an apple turnover, which was delicious! Perfectly flaky and full of apple filling. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating for the space, and it's clear that they have some very loyal regulars. Overall it's a very cozy space, and I'm excited to come back and try some more things from the menu next time!Parking: There's a good amount of parking here that's shared with the other businesses in this shopping center.

Decided to try out this small cafe and they were busy ! Granted it was a Saturday morning, they were pretty busy with a few chairs open still. The snack/food options they had were pretty nice and I enjoyed the pastry i had. The drink I got was one of their special blends and it was alright. Definitely could've gotten something a bit more normal and enjoy it much more than I did. Will have to try this place again and give their drinks a second shot.

What a cute and cozy little coffee shop. Very friendly service. They offer Panini, Salad, Pastries, and breakfast items. They also have items to shop for. I ordered a cup of tea, so I cannot comment on their food and coffee, but I could spend hours there.

Such a chill and welcoming vibe. I love that they use reusable mugs and cups. Very sustainable! Also their coffee was absolutely delicious. Will definitely have to make this a regular stop for some local coffee.

The cafe aesthetic is cute and cozy and the coffee was good. Only downside was not being greeted by the workers when I walked in. They were on phone texting and I had to say hello first. I also forgot to finish my payment transaction so the workers added a $1 tip themselves. No big deal but still.

Ordered two lattes. The espresso was beautifully sweet, the milk was the perfect temperature, and the foam was silky and smooth. The person making my latte was incredibly sweet and an extraordinarily talented barista.Absolutely worth checking out, even if you don’t drink coffee, as there were so many Italian food products lining the shelves. The place is cute, cozy, and definitely a try for anyone looking for a taste of Mediterranean roots.

Love this place! The manager was not satisfied with the way he made my first cappuccino, so he made a second and gave me both! I would have been completely happy with the first capp he made, but this speaks to the quality customer service you can expect when you go in.I’ve only had the coffee, but I’m excited to go back. They also offer Italian pasta and olive oil. The owner is from Italy, and hand picks the wines they sell in store, so the next time I need a bottle of wine, I’m coming here.Parking: Free parking lot!

Wonderful hidden gem of a cafe. The staff and espresso is out of this world, will return when I’m back in Richmond.

Staff are amazing, Found this gem randomly and have been back many times. Pleasantly quiet, considering their almost always busy when I go. They have fresh cheese's, marinara sauce, as Italian meats for sale. Their Odissea has been my favorite latte I've tried, but was never disappointed by any of their others. Caffespresso's panini's are otherworldly. Most cafe's sandwiches always leave something to be desired with me, but they really nailed the mark on being fresh, bread having crunch, just overall always a great experience.
