Whoever the brute batch of joy was at the register tonight @ 7:38 pm deserves an award for most intolerable woman. I was paid for DEER PARK bottled water with our meals at the kiosk but the cashier offers an IMMEDIATE REFUND 5X OR MORE only bc I didn't want the mystery bottled water they had left and I asked why was I able to order it if it's out of stock. I had to ask for fountain waters because she never offered.

I would not call her rude but clearly deaf and dense. Carry on, Canasta. Y'all never deserved my lil money. Peace Love Prosperity.

Ate here for lunch yesterday! The food is soooo good! I got the half chicken with rice and beans and plantains. Husband got the pork chops. Their green chile sauce is super flavorful. Priced reasonably, big portions. I will be back!

Fresh and new Peruvian chicken that steps into the ring with fast-casual joints like Chipotle and Cava. Delicious, modern, fresh, affordable. Canastas is one of the best Peruvian chicken spots I’ve had.

This place is a phenomenal choice if you're a fan of Chicken Fiesta(down the street)or delicious Peruvian food. The menu is a unique mix of Peruvian fusion, offering a wide variety of excellent options chicken, steak, lamb ,and some left field options(gyros?) that go beyond traditional Peruvian fare—something you won't find at a place like Chicken Fiesta.

We had a great dining experience, the place has a quieter clientele compared to chicken fiesta. The rotisserie chicken was fantastic and well seasoned, and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The rice and beans yuca were also top-notch, and the whole family, including the kids, found something they loved on the menu.

The atmosphere is clean, fast premium, and the service is reasonably quick and friendly; they are using kiosks for orders, so if you want to save time order online. The staff was great took time to answer questions . Be aware that the restaurant has a clear Christian theme, with Christian music and Bible verses on the TVs. We found this to be a respectful and honest touch. Prices are reasonable, with a cost of around $20 per person. We were all very satisfied and will definitely be returning.

We ordered delivery and the small green containers of hot sauce were missing. The driver could have forgotten them. It was just disappointing to not have the sauce that goes with my souvlaki.

Went here for lunch and tbh the food was soo good. I ordered the lamb chops and they came out fast juicy and tasty. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The managers and cashiers were so nice and helped me as a new customer.

I went here and the service was AMAZING.
I ordered the chicken and not even 5 minutes later the juiciest chicken with fresh sides came out. The young cashier was smiling and welcomed me nicely. 10/10 would come again
