Ruby is what this store needed. She is ALWAYS kind and pleasant. Love this. Ruby keep doing what you are doing. Customer service is so forgotten about these days and especially with this store.

I knew it was a reason I stop eating Captain D's food.Just nasty.Went there tonight.3 piece catfish dinner.Driving.bit into the fish..Omg awful.I u turn around to get something else.2 piece fish 2 piece chicken.Omg fish look like fish Sticks..chicken taste burnt or old greas.Im hungry mad..had to throw in the trash.Thats my fault for going there again.

I havent been to Captain D's in a very long time. However I had a coupon and I decided to pick up some food. I was disappointed at the size of the fish fillets. They were very tiny. Now I wish that I have taken a picture. I ordered two 3 piece fish dinners and added two drinks. In addition, I couldn't believe how quick the young lady working the register loses her patience when I was considering my two sides. I understand she may struggle with listening and patience but her attitude was alarming. I almost didn't order and walked out. I asked to be patient young lady because I didn't want double green beans for both orders. She started to breathe hard and tap her nails hard on the counter after the first time I said I do not want double. So I decided to just take green beans and broccoli since she didn't appear to have good social skills. It probably be the last time that I will go back there. The other young lady that brought the food to the counter was nice and respectful.

Everyone has been professional and so far the time to get your food is average to fast.
First of all the drive thru board pics are misleading. I ordered a fish sandwich that came with 2 long skinny fish sticks with no flavor and room temperature, old brown shredded lettuce with tarter sauce that was mostley mayonnaise. French fries that taste plain. Just a bad food experience all together. No wonder why I stop coming here. Shame on me for forgetting why this place should be a 5 below store.
