You know when someone stands at the register and tells you how they want their food you would think the cashier will say something to the cook. I went to the location today asked for fresh fried fish. Instead of the cashier telling the cooks she looked me in my face and said it just came up. How the hell do she know. Tell me I can check the food and walks away. If they just related the message people could get their food fixed right. You know they make me sick.

The workers were very nice and the food was exactly as expected for a fast meal. I deducted one star because it could've been a little cleaner. The trays the food was served on were dirty and the restaurant just seemed in need of a thorough cleaning.

The food is good for the most part and the workers are friendly. Every now and then you may have an order that's slighly cold or the quality isn't up to par. But it's not often. What I absolutely can't STAND about this location is the wait time. You could be the only person in the drive thru, it doesn't matter. You're still gonna wait forever to get your food. Same thing if you order inside. I'm not sure why it takes so long to order. It's gotten so bad that I can't even eat there anymore because I'm always late from my break because it takes ridiculously long to get food.

I love Captain D's because their food is very much affordable and they also have specials. The food is always hot because it is cooked as ordered. They have excellent add on prices.

I've been here loads of times and each experience has been good but today's visit was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Everyone was on their phone even when taking orders the cashier Jaida kept getting orders wrong and just rolling her eyes and saying things like "that's not what I heard "or "that's not what we ordered" when I corrected the orders I was supposed to get a drink with my order and she said it doesn't come with that even though the manager said it did she then goes right back to her phone and ignores it the person bringing the food was nice but when I told her that I had chicken not fish she started getting snobby and rude also making comments like "it's practically the same thing" and the tables had no napkins they didn't give me a fork for my mac and cheese the trash was overflowing and they just leaned against the counters and walls on their phones
