Found this place years ago and I must say I love the food. Always a fair portion. You will never leave hungry unless you did not eat. The Curry Chicken is a must try. It just melts in your mouth. The owner is awesome. When my daughter was little and I took her there for the first time she wanted chicken fingers and mac & cheese. They did have mac and cheese but he made her some. She loved the chicken fingers and the mac & cheese. I just wish I still worked in that area...
Friendly chef operated restaurant. Second Carribean food experience in Richmond. Jerk chicken a smash hit with the whole family. Curry chicken mild taste for Indian fiery taste. Roti skin with stuffed pea powder very soft - reminds me of Tamil sweet boli. Coco bread and sweet pan fried plantains well loved by kids. We were very hungry. Food was so fresh and took a while to come out. Be prepared to wait but the taste made us forget the wait. No chicken patties. Will try the shrimp...
First time being in the place / and eating there services was awesome he was very nice and the place was nice clean and the food that I had order which was brown stew chicken was good no complaints will see me again. Not to pack just right ..
