SHAY B. made our dining experience amazing!! Kept the refills coming, the food was fresh, and abundant!! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and Shay B. made it super special!!! We had an exceptional visit and will return again! Thanks, SHAY B. you 'slay'. We ate and left no crumbs!!!

Dinner Service on 8/2 was an awful experience.
We waited 1.5 hours for our food which was a salad with Scallops (the scallops came out cold) . The other order was the Johnny Trio. The chicken was such a small portion and the steak was raw.

The waitress was also not attentive in letting us know any updates, refilling water, and had she come around often, we would have ordered more beer or drinks.

It was not worth the wait, and it’s sad to say we will not be back.

We had a very large party that was celebrating my birthday!
Selvin was very professional, polite, and patient with us! He took our drink, appetizers, and food orders in a timely manner. All of the orders came out just like we ordered! Our entire party was very impressed & delighted at the service we received from Selvin!

Came here for my aunt’s birthday and Selvin was amazing!! Handled a party of 14 people by himself. He made sure that my family was taken care of and we definitely appreciate it.

The waitress was horrible. She never refilled our drinks never brought the birthday lady her dessert while they sang happy birthday to everyone else they didn't bother to sing for her. It made no sense to have to wait 20 minutes for a table and I had to let the host know i was still waiting or I'd continued to wait. 2nd and last experience with this place...ugh

Visiting with family - was looking forward to a nice dinner, had not been to Carrabba’s at this location in years.

Arrived at before 7pm tonight got a table for 4 without wait however we waited an unacceptably long time with our our plates coming out one plate hot and the others dry and/or lukewarm.

When manager came by and asked how is everything-decided to tell her and she responded with can I get you something different? I told her no because we waited too long already for our food. She then proceeded to say well we just got a $1000 catering order. And then left.

Food came out not too long before we ended up leaving for the night, which was around 8:20 PM. We finally had left just after 8:30pm.

The manager could’ve at least offered us a $10 take-home meal or a dessert to take home..something! By the time plates came we lost most of our appetite.

It was very disappointing because we wanted to enjoy the whole meal experience. Dining out is not what it used to be. You should be able to enjoy your experience from the first hello and throughout the meal all the way to the end. Giving excuses from management at restaurant does not help the customer out at all. For the $90+ bill (which may not be much to some) Very disappointed.

I’ve been to Carabbas plenty of times and this time really stood out the most. I placed a carry out order at 6:40 for Alfredo Carraba, and arrived to the store at 7:04 PM. I didn’t receive my order until 7:37 PM.

I asked for a side of alfredo sauce and instead got sauce that was clearly left too long. I’ve had plenty of sides of alfredo sauce and it has never been this clumpy. I didn’t even eat it because I was scared to have an upset stomach.

Honestly $22 wasted.

Most times we pick up dinner at the Drive up area. Food is always excellent and the delivery folks that work the curb area do an awesome job. We as consumers waiting for our food aren't as patient as we should be!

Took my sister here during our 4000 mile road trip from Texas.

We all tried the Lobster Ravioli. My sister loved it. I though it was okay, but I'd try something different next time.

Matthew treated us to a fancy dessert as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Very tasty, but lots of carbs.

Very nice place, but pricey too. Even without alcoholic drinks. Be prepared.
