So disappointed! I’ve never written a bad review in my life. We walk in the door they set us at a table. The table was rocking so that we don’t want to at eat it. Nobody comes to us. So we went back up to the hostess stand and asked to be seated at a different table. I kid you not, the young man said I don’t know. Let me go ask the server if they’ll take you. They sit us down and nobody comes to talk to us for 10-15 minutes, which is fine. She comes and takes our drink order and ask if we would like an appetizer and we say yes thank you. 20 minutes later still no appetizer, but everybody seated after us is getting appetizers. She comes over and says would you like to order dinner? I said I guess so since it’s taking forever for the appetizer. Another 10 minutes more go by and we finally get our appetizer while we are eating our appetizer the soup and salad arrive. Another 30 minutes go past and we get our dinner. The plates are nice and hot. But unfortunately, the food is not hot. We asked for butter for the mashed potatoes also which didn’t come. And which makes it worse. The server disappeared and never came to check on us so we could get some butter and maybe get the food warmed up. There was absolutely nobody that wanted to talk to us and see if we needed anything. It was just a terrible experience. I will never go back there. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life is it because we asked to be moved from that table that was rocking? And we did eat our cold chicken.

Delicious and piping hot….My wife had Southwest chicken soup….Generous serving…My server Nas is the best… had three other members help us also… team effort…from our water to our table being cleared everything was timely and-not a rush….

Carrabbas Italian grill is the ABSOLUTE BEST CHOICE FOR THE ITALIAN TASTE. The atmosphere and service is the BEST. VERY AUTHENTIC FOOD.I had the pleasure of meeting the proprietor of the establishment who is very welcoming and friendly which reaches volumes with me. Is made fresh in house.THE BREAD PUDDING AND BUTTER LEMON shrimp appetizer is a must have.One thing I forgot is our server James makes sure you have what you needHe is an amazing person with a great personality.Parking: I have never had a problem with parking so you rest assure you can park with ease

The Springtime Sangria Dinner was such an unexpected experience! The staff were amazing. The food was impeccable, especially the shrimp & ricotta focaccia was my absolute favorite!

We both got the Spiedino Di Mare, scallops and shrimp. It’s been a while since we’ve been to Carrabba’s. This was my favorite years ago. It is still fantastic. The waitress Jen was great also, very attentive. We will be going back sooner than later.

The customer service fell short; we repeatedly had to request replacements for incorrectly made items, and our server didn't provide the best experience either. Despite this, we still left a tip, acknowledging that the majority of their income relies on gratuities.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. It is delicious food. You can enjoy a delicious bread with the season olive oil when you wait for you food
