Went on a date with my boyfriend and our waitress was Siracha. Over the top service she was incredible and super caring. She brought us everything we needed and was super quick and attentive to our needs. If the food didn’t taste good I still would’ve had an amazing time because she was such a good waitress.

Our server, Sriracha, was THE BEST! Smiling, cheerful, patient, helpful, and truly helped 3 tired, stressed teachers enjoy a great meal and special birthday celebration. Other employees were also friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience, mostly due to Sriracha!

I came recently came to Casa del Barco to take my girlfriend on a date and Sriracha was our waitress. She was so kind attentive and carried a very positive attitude. She made our experience outstanding. Next time we come back we’re going to make sure to ask for her specifically. Never had anyone be as amazing a waitress as her.

We had sriracha as our waitress who was excellent . She was funny , personable , had a deep understanding of the menu , and was able to match our tables vibes . I’m unsure if that’s her real name but highly recommend requesting her as your waitress .

Casa del barco is awesome! Spacious, but great layout with festive decor for the holidays. Our waitress, Sriracha, took such good care of us! Stopped by for happy hour and she didn’t steer us wrong…from the drinks to the nachos and empanadas, everything was on point. She’s super friendly and was easy to strike up a conversation with!

We stopped by last week for dinner and absolutely loved the lively, festive vibe. We snagged a seat at the bar while waiting, and Sriracha took great care of us. Honestly, the customer service was the best I’ve ever had, and the vegetarian tacos, nachos, and spicy house sauce were out of this world! Everything was just so delicious. Huge thanks to Sriracha for making our Casa del Barco experience truly special. Can’t wait to come back and dine again soon! ✨

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our server, Anjali. She was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her menu knowledge and recommendations were spot on, and she genuinely made our dining experience special. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Thank you, Anjali, for going above and beyond! Came in for dinner and had a good experience overall. Our server, Anjali, was really helpful with recommendations. I ended up trying a couple of the things she suggested, including the T-bone steak, and everything came out tasting great. She also pointed me toward a drink that paired well with it, which I ended up liking more than I expected.
The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and Anjali made ordering a more enjoyable process. Would come back again.

Food was awful. I ordered the chicken fajitas to go and the chicken was undercooked, the rice was hard, the tortillas were hard, and almost everything was flavorless. This place is about as far from authentic cuisine as you can get. Honestly, a microwave meal would’ve been better. Don’t waste your money — you’ll have a much better experience at a smaller, authentic Mexican restaurant.
