I’ve come here for dinner and happy hour many times and absolutely love it! Food and drinks are delicious and staff are friendly and helpful especially our bartender this evening, Janai, who was attentive and so sweet! Would 100% recommend!

Food wasn't bad. But my only gripes I have was with my wife's fajita shrimp meal that it seems like the peppers and onions were overcooked. Seems like it was over the fire too long and was bitter to the taste. The carne asada steak fries were pretty decent for my meal. I think they are a little on the pricey side though. Like with a kid's meal for example, the quesadilla for kids is $5.95. But you will have protein, then that's extra. We were going to do a shrimp quesadilla kids meal and that would have been the price for the shrimp along with the press for the quesadilla for $5.95 you combined that total and you're looking at almost like $10 to $12 for kids meal! I know you had to take care of your employees as a business which I understand that, but that 20% gratuity add it to your check, oh my goodness. This reminds me of when I dined out in New York. This is like New York prices. Leaving like a 14-dollar to $15 tip. No matter how bad or how good the service was. I saw a Spanish family come in there when the hostess told him about the gratuity fee. They said at the table. And it was speaking in Spanish and then they just got up from the table and left when the hostess left. ?. They said screw this.Lol Our waitress was decent. I just felt that she was a little slow at times but other than that she was okay.

I had a wonderful time at the bar with Lexi, she made me a little Mexican old fashion. Also loved hearing what Kerry had to say about tequila !

The only dish that had flavor was the fries, the drinks was full of ice and the wrong tequila was put in the top shelf margaritas. It wasn't crowded and the food & drinks still took alot of time to get to the table. Good thing they add 20% gratuity because I would have given 5% to 10%.

For an automatic gratuity, the service was mediocre at best. It seemed like a nice place, appears clean. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Got the mix n match street tacos. Nothing spectacular. If I were to go again, I might order a quesadilla as other reviews mentioned them. I’d rather go to the food court.

Kerry was amazing!! I’m party was confusing and wild but they handled us with care!!Update: My daughter and I had lunch there. Bridget was our server and we had our pup. We sat on the patio and it was perfect (my kid loves the weather). The food was amazing and we even ordered a Barco Bite for our pup! She got her own tray and was thrilled!!

Bridget was awesome and so sweet. I came here for my birthday and it was a great experience! The food did come out a little bit late it was delicious, so worth the wait. Thank you for a really great birthday! ☺️

There are some things I could never do, like manage a restaurant, but just to think Ms. Carrie is managing two at one time and that's pretty admirable. She's a pro! Beautiful restaurant, excellent music, cozy atmosphere. Great for a quick bite to eat or hosting your next event!

Our first time at Casa Barco and we love it. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Our waitress answered all our menu questions with very accurate descriptions. The drink, food and atmosphere were perfect for a Tuesday night out!!! Yes, I’m coming back.

We have been here several times and the chorizo nachos have been consistently delicious. The staff is always courteous. Emily took care of us tonight and did not disappoint. The one time that we had an issue with the check, it was handled promptly and graciously. Oh and my daughter really likes the street corn.

Pay your staff correctly and allow them to work for tips, don't force patrons to pay your staff, and announce there's a 20% service fee, but you can still tip more... Ridiculous I would recommend boycotting this and any other places requiring patrons to pay the staff wages. Pathetic management, The food was awful, chef microwave was in full force just not what you expect and 3.50 sodas to boot, this place is working towards the gutter, if it not already there
