The restaurant is always busy, but you will still get great customer service. The food is delicious, and the drinks are great. I always dine in or take out when I'm in the area. The prices are very reasonable.
My friend and I went here for dinner. The price on the menu for a jumbo margarita was $10.99. My friend ordered a skinny jumbo margarita. When we got the check, they charged $25 for it. When we asked the waiter why the price was so high, she said that was the standard price. We asked her to look into it and she came back with the price of the margarita changed to $22.99. We thought this price was still not correct so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and was not helpful at all and didn't have an explanation for why we were being charged double the standard price for a margarita as listed in their menu. He said that normally waiters should advise of pricing ahead of time. She did not let us know that the pricing would be different than what was on their menu. The manager still required for us to pay this ridiculous amount for a margarita. He should have adjusted the price to what was listed on their menu at the very least. I will not be returning to this location due to this experience and also due to the manager's lack of consideration and ability to resolve an issue that was due to oversight on their part.

Good food, nice crispy chips, and the salsa is very flavorful. I got the lunch Pollo Loco, and was very happy with the selection.Vegetarian options: I went with my sister, who is vegan, and she had no trouble finding something she liked.

We decided to take a chance on going out for dinner on Valentines Day and chose Los Panchos. I'm glad we did. We love it there anyway, but they certainly went above and beyond for all the sweethearts out to dinner. We went about 5:30pm. They had a lot of extra tables set up to accommodate extra people. They had brought in & set up numerous little round tables for two with paper tablecloths & balloons tied to some of the chairs. They also had plenty of staff & everyone was on their toes! The food was awesome, as always. Giant thumbs up to Los Panchos and the wonderful staff for making Valentines Day dinner wonderful & less stressful. There were a few people waiting by the time we left, but it was worth it!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ♿️

We liked Los Panchos. The menu selections are many and varied, from very usual tacos, etc , to more "exotic" things like Elite Loco (street corn). All sauces were very good, and the portions were very generous. My fave was their chiles rellenos, which often isn't well done or even available at some other local restaurants. Our Margaritas were very good. The staff were all great to us, even though we went on a super-busy Saturday night. Lots of large groups having celebrations and a good time! We'll be back.
