Catch of the Day Seafood

They have horrible customer service , if you want just a pound that's not possible b/c apparently the male server that's usually there can't get it to the 19.99 price quoted he will either have it be way more or way less never the correct amount and while your trying to look to see which pieces you want he will rush you attitude and all. The one in chesterfield off richmond hwy is better . I use to come to this location all the time once a week for my daily pound of crab legs and due to his poor customer service this will be my last time spending my hard earned money here.

Clean and good service, however they weigh ur fish in a plastic bowl which adds to the total price,and refuse to cover the scale with plastic to not add to ur total,it may not be a lot,but those cents add up!!!think about that the amount times the number of customers and days they operate per year. Fair is Fair!

As my opinion. There crab legs is worth getting

I asked for laketrout when I got home I had that nasty tilapia my shrimp was some kind of frozen shrimp hard and nasty I was disappointed. I did go there and got some raw fish that I took home and fried and seasoned myself, I loved it.Thanks

DONT Buy anything here from these people, they are total crooks. My spouse just came home with 3 King Crab Legs and was charged nearly 80.00 for these 3 legs. These people are crooks and half of that weight appears to be frozen water. Find some place other than this to buy any seafood.

CRABS: First I want to say that the crabs were delicious ???? , Seasoned as I asked . I asked for #2 males and what he showed me was bigger than what he gave me , when I questioned him the owner jumped in an explained what got was a better crab because they were heavier. Which would have been fine if the staff had explained that to me from the beginning , my problem is that , when you're speaking to the staff, the appearance is that they don't quite understand when you're talking to them , it's a bunch of nodes and no explanation which makes you think that they are not being truthful. Which we all know that they understand but they play dumb, I have nothing against them but, please try to speak to me I'm not above trying to communicate with anyone even if I have to use Google translate, if we would just take the extra effort to communicate (we have tools now) the world would be a better place. To the staff If I came off rude my apologies!
So I gave them a 3 for lack of communication

Previous review says they closed early I went in at 7:15 and they was still open . Good business and very good food.
