I popped in for a bowl to bring home for dinner but decided to eat in the restaurant instead. The one thing I noticed was how kind all of the employees were to every customer! Real smiles and genuine kindness! Besides that, my bowl was amazing. I wondered about coming in at 7:15 pm if everything would still be really fresh and it was! I highly recommend this CAVA...definitely one of my favorites. I feel like I've had a healthy meal when I leave!

I decided to give Cava a try for the first time and enjoyed every bit of it. Food was amazing, and I was met with amazing service and energy from Connie! Definitely will be back

I love this place! It’s always clean, a great atmosphere & and the workers there are awesome. I had a brief conversation with a teenage cashier named Quincy. Quincy understood my order, was very respectful and polite. My family will be visiting again.

Portions have gotten so much smaller over the past 12 months. Staff rushes through your order saying "is that all?" after every tiny half full scoop they throw onto your bowl. There are other locations that do a much better job and don't cheat me out of what I'm paying for. Disappointing.

I tried Cava, it is truly an American creation, pleasant, but not memorable. I own a home in southern France, and travel the region. Have been eating Mediterranean type diet for many years. Is Cava a step in the right direction, sure.
But, how can you serve this cuisine, without having a glass of wine, maybe a beer. It’s all about lifestyle, and quite frankly, most won’t stay with this type of diet, food.

It was very busy on a Thursday around noon the day after New Years. The line extended into the seating area which made it very awkward to move around. In order to get to most of the tables, you had to cut through the line. Also, all the forks/napkins/drink station are on one end of the restaurant – again you had to cut through the line. It would be nice to at least have some napkins at both ends. They need a better plan! It took about 8 minutes to reach the counter to order. Once we placed our order, it was prepared within minutes. My husband and I shared a Greek Chicken pita sandwich as it is large enough for two people (at least us two people!). It was very sloppy to eat, and we used my husband’s pocketknife to cut it into sections. We both enjoyed the flavors and textures. Unfortunately, we both had a bad case of the burps afterward. I appreciated that there was not a tip line on the receipt, and I did not notice a tip jar anywhere. Kudos for paying your staff fairly. That is a first in a very long time for a fast-food restaurant!

I have Never had a bad experience at Cava (Short Pump) until today! Idk if they were in a hurry, short staffed, or just had bad attitudes, but I just paid $17 for a bowl that was so hastily thrown together that I'm having a Serious case of Buyer's Remorse. I got the Spicy Lamb and Avocado bowl with Green and Grains. There are barely Any greens in here. Not to mention I asked for a bag and utensils and when I got there, the lady working at pickup brought every order out in a bag Except mine?! I'm praying that today is an isolated incident but I am very disappointed in the Service and presentation of this poor excuse for a bowl.
