Great food for my first time at Cava! I ordered online and picked up in store. They have their own little pickup window that makes getting your food fast and easy. Very delicious and a great healthy lunch choice!

I visited this location today and ordered a bowl. While going down the line, one of the team members assisting me appeared frustrated, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable.
At the end of the line, I asked about pita chip flavors and was told it would be about a five-minute wait. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the extra time, so I decided to proceed without them.
I understand that things can get busy, but I hope future interactions can feel a bit more welcoming and patient, especially when customers are simply asking questions or working within time constraints. Overall, I appreciate the food quality and hope the service experience improves.

W. Broad St. (Short Pump). I met a dear friend for lunch [May 2022]. I am a picky eater. This one of the few places I actually like 👍 the food. They have fresh vegetarian and non- vegetarian options.

I will never go to any other CAVA then here. Everyone is so nice and always smiling. I got to meet a manager named Kelsey and she is such a delight and upbeat personality. She is just lovely. Don't walk but run to this CAVA!

I popped in for a bowl to bring home for dinner but decided to eat in the restaurant instead. The one thing I noticed was how kind all of the employees were to every customer! Real smiles and genuine kindness! Besides that, my bowl was amazing. I wondered about coming in at 7:15 pm if everything would still be really fresh and it was! I highly recommend this CAVA...definitely one of my favorites. I feel like I've had a healthy meal when I leave!
