I’ll start with I arrived an hour before closing, so I’m not sure if that’s the reason it was a bad experience. One associate just starred off in space while I waited to be helped for almost 5 minutes. The only associate helping customers was busy, and the other associate obviously was clocked out mentally. Order a chicken rice bowl, and the rice and chicken were completely over cooked, so much so that I could only eat a few bites before I threw it away. The restaurant was a mess and most the lemonades were empty. There were no forks at the condiment station. They just had a big box of half opened forks by the cash register. Will not return to this location.

She patiently guided a new cava customer through the various options and also made my fiancé and I feel very appreciated and cared for. I would absolutely recommend others check out this cava location! Based on the food and service quality, its managers clearly know what they're doing hiring such wonderful people!

Delivery drivers are stealing food and not delivering it. This has happened two separate times from this location now so it has to be a bigger issue. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. Super disappointing and when you try to speak to someone at the store the phone hangs up on you.
