AMAZING!!! First time going to a CAVA and the food is great but the service is PHENOMENAL! Shout out to the lady who helped us and went the extra mile for us. Her name is unique and is similarly spelled like Ethiopia; apologies for how to spell and pronounce but she was WONDERFUL! ❤️

Dirtiest cava I have ever been to. Seemed like some tables hasn’t been wiped down in quite awhile. Was hard for me and my friends to find a decent one and even then we still had to wipe it down ourselves. Picture doesn’t do it justice. All tables were very sticky.
I’ll start with I arrived an hour before closing, so I’m not sure if that’s the reason it was a bad experience. One associate just starred off in space while I waited to be helped for almost 5 minutes. The only associate helping customers was busy, and the other associate obviously was clocked out mentally. Order a chicken rice bowl, and the rice and chicken were completely over cooked, so much so that I could only eat a few bites before I threw it away. The restaurant was a mess and most the lemonades were empty. There were no forks at the condiment station. They just had a big box of half opened forks by the cash register. Will not return to this location.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the workers were all so so sweet!! Etheria in specific was amazing! She took my order and everything was made perfectly :) I’d definitely eat here again!!
