I get cava a few times a month, I've lived in different places and eaten at different cava's. I drive a bit further to go to this cava because they do such a great job. Always tastes fresh and the service is great!

Every time i go to this location the chicken is shredded and dry. I never have this problem at any other cava because they cook to order and chop up the chicken. This location thinks that by shredding the chicken ahead of time is quicker. It only makes the chicken hard to chew because its white meat? Dark meat normally has more moisture but making and shredding it makes the chicken not edible especially when its cooked to order

I was surprised and delighted by Alex and Erica at the Cava at Willow Lawn. It was a new experience for me to eat at Cava. Alex patiently explained the procedure and helped me choose the ingredients for my lunch. Erica was very helpful as well. Then they treated me! It was a delicious bowl of fresh foods. I just spent 23 dollars on a pita that's inedible. The only flavor I get is the astronomical amount of sauce that's all over it. Ugh. For 23 bucks. It should be correct.

Erica Erica Erica !!!!! When I tell you she makes the most delicious pitas behind that counter !! Yes my second time having one at this location I had lamb 1st , then chicken and she also has the most beautiful hand with the toppings as well just all the way worth the money and filling .. this by far has been the best Cava I’ve been too in Richmond ..

Went to Cava Willow Lawn for lunch on 12/10/2024. This was our first visit to Cava and it was an excellent experience. The General Manager, Alex, assisted us in making our food selections because my wife has serious food allergies. We could not have been more pleasd.

You’ll basically spend your whole 30 min break in this line. There are only two people on the front line to serve. It’s ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to place an order. 4 staff member total in the whole establishment is insane!!! Food is great but the service sucks
