The bowl isn’t even halfway filled and I have rice, corn, lamb and other things. They serve super little and they are super stingy with the portion sizes. They will have you paying 20$ for a barely halways filled bowl of food and some cold sitting out all day peta chips. Over hyped and leave it to the people who give it clout. Would never go back. They fr act like are coming out of their paychecks with their attitudes.

Every time i go to this location the chicken is shredded and dry. I never have this problem at any other cava because they cook to order and chop up the chicken. This location thinks that by shredding the chicken ahead of time is quicker. It only makes the chicken hard to chew because its white meat? Dark meat normally has more moisture but making and shredding it makes the chicken not edible especially when its cooked to order
I was surprised and delighted by Alex and Erica at the Cava at Willow Lawn. It was a new experience for me to eat at Cava. Alex patiently explained the procedure and helped me choose the ingredients for my lunch. Erica was very helpful as well. Then they treated me! It was a delicious bowl of fresh foods. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks very much to Alex and Erica!
